"Can I come in now or are you kicking me out on your own accord?" He asked, pulling me back to the present.
"Samantha, what's the delay?" I turned to glance at Adams before looking back at Ric, who raised a brow. I really wished I could get him to leave, but Adams had come to stand beside me.
"Alpha Ric, you're here." He said, opening the door more widely while I passed him a glare.
"He says you invited him," I said, hoping Adams would deny it.
"Of course I did. I thought I mentioned that?" Adams said casually, and I sighed sharply. He couldn't be serious right now.
