Bady POV
Oh my gosh, Oh my gosh! Oh my gooosh! My manga series are available this afternoon, Yay! I’m so happy. That’s the last episode and I don’t want to miss it.
CLICK
Did I heard a “click” noise ? No, not now, no please.
“Bady! Bady!”Someone is calling for me from downstairs.
“Yesss” I said with the lowest voice that I can.
“Bady, I know you’re here. And that you heard me in, answer or I’l leave and never come back” the voice said calmly.
“Aaaargh, fine! Fine! I’m upstairs, jace” I respond with an exasperated tone.
Jace is my younger brother, he is 25 exactly and he love me, a lot, like a lot. He is so protective and reliable that I can’t imagine my life without him. He is not like me, he has quite lots friends and is good looking, like a f***ing top model. But he never neglected me nor forgot about my birthday so I suppose that’s why he is here calling me out loud.
“ Ah good, coming!” Jace said happily.
“What do you want?” I said sternly
“Hey! Don’t be like that. Mum told me that you didn’t call her for weeks and I also wanted to check on you” Jace said with concern.
Oooh come on! I’m a big girl, I know how to wash my teeth alone, pay my bills, euh ok that’s one is…ok, but I’m an adult, no need for Badysitting. That’s what I wanted to say. But I simply answered “Please, spare me, I called mum two weeks ago and as you can see I’m really fine, so you can go and have fun with your friends”. I said with false happiness in my voice.
“Bady, do you think that I’m dumb?” He asked
“ eh ? What?! No! Why are you saying that ?!” I asked confused
“Because you think that I will eat your shitty lies. Girl! If you want to have a b***h attitude I will answer like one!” He yelled at me as if I was his daughter.
“Jace!” I cried
“What ? You’re acting like a teenager, so I’m responding like a father or a feminine friend of mine would do” he said.
“Jace, please stop acting like dad and also stop going out with that friend” I respond.
“Ahahaa, ok for dad’s attitude but not for my friend, she’s cool.” He said laughing and drying his tears off.
“So, why are you here dear love of my life?” I demande.
“Don’t tell me you don’t know.” He look at me with big eyes.
“Jace, didn’t I told you last year that I would prefer not having birthday party?” I questioned
“So you do remember your birthday, and yes you did tell me that. Also, I agreed” he said
“So why are you here for ?” I said confused again
“Bady, you’re my big, shy, unsociable sister and I don’t want you to be alone for that day, never” he said firmly.
“But, but I’m not alone, I’m with mister Gâteau and there are the manga too” I said trying to make my cutest voice.
“Bady, mister Gâteau is a teddy bear with whom you will never have a proper conversation neither your manga.” He answered with no place for arguments.
“Ok, so let’s talk. We can chitchat for one hour and twenty minutes.” I said
“No.” He abruptly said
“What? So what do you want to do ? We don’t have much time.” I said
“You and me are going out.” He said
Oh no, oh no, my last episode, my dear Nikky, noooo.
He shook me out of thoughts and and forces me to dress up. Before he could bring me out of my cave I pleaded one last time.
“Jace, love of my heart, you prince of fairness, king of the good looking, let me watch my series, please” I asked with puppy eyes.
“Oh dear…” that’s all he said before dragging me out of my sanctuary and putting me in his car for who knows where.
Dad, mum why have you made such a devil. I’m the big one but he treated me like a child, I feel like crying, SNIFF,SNIFF.
“Bady, Bady, Bady, wake up” Jace wake me up with a soothing voice.
“What ?” I said, trying lowering my own regrets in my dreams.
“We’re here, look.” He said
When I watch by the window of the car I saw a huge gate that seemed to have been taken from a fantasy manga.
“Woooah!” That’s all I could say
“Happy birthday grumpy sister”.
