Julia had tears streaming down her face as Trenton thrusted his c**k in her mouth holding her head mouth f*****g her.. Her lip was bleeding from it and she tried to push him away.
Trenton pushed her back on the bed and hopped on top of her. She had spit running down her chin mixing with tears as he looked down at her. "You would need to get a lot better at that if you are going to be my mate you filthy w***e. You are not even worth my time to fuck."
Sobbing "Josh..."
"Shut up you disgusting w***e. Why don't you go spread those useless legs for someone else that wants a dead fuck." Trenton pushed himself off her pulling up his pants on in one swoop.
"Josh...I will" She was up sitting on the edge for her bed.
Trenton stopped in her doorway at her words. Not turning around he asked. "You will what?" He was hoping she'd say that. Josh was crying inside begging her not to say anything, begging Trenton to just leave.
She cleared her throat wiping her chin "I will do whatever you want."
Trenton stood there weighing his options. Anymore and he'd surely never have a relationship with Josh. "You could never satisfy me. You are nothing I want or need. This facade is over. Do you hear me you f*****g useless b***h?" He didn't need to turn around to know she heard him. He walked out of the room, down the stairs and out the door.
"If you ever see her again I WlLL f**k her into the ground. Do you hear me?" He was talking with Josh. "You did this to her because you are a pussy."
Josh knew he was right. He never was going to break her heart. He stayed in the back for a while heart broken himself.
Nicole
Nicole woke up Thursday feel sad for no reason. She wasn't usually the most exciting person in the world but she surely wasn't depressed. Getting up to go for a run was harder than it had ever been.
Her phone rang and it was her Uncle. "Hello." Expecting his deep voice to be on the other end of the line
"Nicole Parks?" An unfamiliar voice asked.
"Yes." Suddenly a bit worried.
"This is Dr. Neumann and I have some not great news for you. Gene Parks is you Uncle?"
"Yes" She answered slowly.
"I am sorry to inform you but he was brought in last night to the emergency room and suffered a massive heart attack. We could not save him." The voice went quiet.
"Umm" She felt her heart thump in her chest. She was all alone in this world now. The only person she could ever trust was gone and she didn't even get to say good-bye.
"We have people here at the hospital that can help you make arrangements if you'd like. They help as much or as little as you need. You were listed as his only family member. We have all of his personal belongings he came in with."
"What hospital?" She had to sit down because her world was spinning. She grabbed a pen and wrote down the information she had. This stranger on the phone telling her that her Uncle was dead.
A single tear rolled down her cheek as she hung her phone up. "Never let your emotions get the best of you. Never" She heard his deep voice echo in her head. She wondered if she needed to have a funeral since it would just be her. She didn't know of any friends that he spoke of. One time, a long time ago he had a woman for lunch. She didn't even know who that was.
She wiped the tear away and took a deep breath standing up and left to go for her run. The fresh air would do her good. She didn't even give Shadow his normal hug before she left.
Over the next few days she went and got his stuff from the hospital, arranged for his body to be creamated with no ceremony. It would just be her anyway. She thought of the bridge they always went for a walk on, it was a small wooden bridge at the edge of the little town he raised her in. She thought maybe spreading his ashes there would be good. Besides then she could take care of his house.
She took her car out of storage for the trip, it was easier than taking a bus with all the stops along the way. She chose a nice urn for him, simple but strong looking. Just like him. She stopped at the bridge and let the wind flow through her hair as she stood there remembering him. He had once went with her to a father daughter dance in elementary school. He looked very much out of his element but he danced with her anyway. Her auburn hair was up in piggy tails that he had tied ribbons around. Maybe he deserved more than just silence she thought.
"Uncle, Thank you for just being there for me and teaching me everything I know. I love you." she never uttered those words while he was alive but she didn't think he'd mind now that he was dead. She looked down at the urn and decided not to toss it away. Not yet anyway. The warm breeze caressed her skin as she turned away and headed back to her VW Bug, light blue in color.
She pulled up to her childhood home and it looked lonelier and sad now. She let herself in with her key and the house was dark and quiet. He usually was sitting in his chair reading the paper. She closed the door behind her and set her keys on the side table where she always did.
The house was a regualr cookie cutter rambler built in the 70's, walking in the front door you were standing in the living room or if you walked in the side door you were standing in the kitchen. She was looking at the kitchen. She flipped on the dining room light and let her fingers trace over the dining room table with only two places to sit. They had dinner every night together and they talked about world events, politics and school.
She made her way into the gally kitchen and opened the fridge. She was surprised to see only 4 things in the fridge. Had he been eating out? Maybe it was almost gorcery shopping time. She shrugged it off.
She walked back out of the kitchen and into the small living room that had a big picture window. She slid her hand over his chair getting a whiff of his scent and it felt like a hug to her. The couch was brand new still that was a match to his chair. His TV was on the wall and she noticed that it was just sleeping. She touched the remote and it flipped on. He was watching Star Trek? She almost laughed out loud. He would never do that. Wierd she thought and shut the TV off and made her way down the hallway.
Her bedroom was the last room on the right and his bedroom was the master which was the last bedroom on the left. She was never allowed in his room.
The door creaked open as she swung it into the room. It was dark until she turned on the light, the shades were drawn so she opened them giving her even more light. She sat on his bed and everything smelled like him. She looked at his dressing robe that was hanging on the wall and she walked up to it. She took it off the wall and hugged it. She felt the tears burning the inside of her eyes and she let them fall.
She laid on his bed holding his dressing robe and cried and cried. She didn't need anyone but it was nice to know that she wasn't totally alone in this world that was out to get her. He was the one thing that never waivered.
She had cried herself to sleep and woke up it was dark. She looked at her watch and it was 10 pm. She sat up and looked in the mirror seeing her big poofy eyes she went to the bathroom and put a cold wash cloth on her eyes to reduce the swelling. She was hungry and went to the kitchen to see if there was anything to eat.
On the kitchen table was a package. She was certain it was not there before. She looked around feeling like someone was there. It's times like these she'd love to have a dog.
She opened the basement cellar door and turned on the light, nobody was down there.
She locked the door and looked at the package. There was a note on it.
"I don't mean to scare you but I am supposed to deliver this to you Ms. Parks. I won't be back in the area for a while so it couldn't wait."
- A
She read the note several times wondering who A was.
She opened the medium sized box that was wrapped in brown paper. There were several things in there but the item on top had her name on it,, an old name that only Uncle called her 'Nicky Bicky' and it was his hand writing. The letter read:
My Dearest Nicole,
If you are reading this then I have passed away. I hope you know that I am always going to be watching over you. It has been my greatest honor to raise you. This is why I must tell you about some unfinished business that I was not able to take care of and now it falls to you.
I struggled with telling you this or not telling you this until the day the Good Lord took me, please know that I had the best of intentions.
Inside this box you will find article, artifacts and my own personal notes about your parents and their untimely death which I have always felt was malicious.
I have felt that your parents were murdered from the very moment I heard about it. I had to fight for custody from some entity that didn't even have a face. I only won because we are blood relatives.
I leave you with all I know in this box and I hope you can find the answers you need and I wish you to have.
One last thing, you will someday meet someone and he will awaken something deep inside you. Follow your senses not your heart.
I know I never said it but I love you.
-Gene
Nicole sat there and read the letter again and again. It was his writing but she barely believed it. Her parents murdered? Was he trying to protect her all these years? Raising her here in small town midAmerica?
She suddenly had so many more questions than time. She had to return to work in 2 days. She tossed the note back in the box and folded it back up. She'd have to deal with that later.
She found some Kraft Mac and Cheese and evaporated milk. She needed to think about what she just learned.
Josh
It had been days since Josh came out of the shadow of Trenton. It had been 3 days since he broke up with Julia. She hadn't even tried to contact him, no texts, no pictures nothing. Trenton was happy as a lark, out going for a run in his wolf form. He was working out some of his own frustrations.
'Hey, can we talk?' Josh asked him.
'What about?' Trenton asked.
'How to move forward? How to find this mate and get to know her?'
Trenton was happy to see that Josh was coming around to his way of thinking.
