The alarm beeped, signaling the new day and I was glad to be honest. Today was the day when Dez and I were hanging out with Devin and his lil friend. I got up and stretched. I sat on the side of my bed and looked at the time. It blinked a 10:25am. Damn, I slept in. I picked up my phone from the charger and looked at the loads of texts, i********: likes, etc.

I scrolled through my texts. I clicked on Dez's and read it.

Bestfrannnnnnnd; b***h, im comin 2 pik u up at 12. so... make sure u up!!! 12:13am.

That was sent a few hours ago. I went into the bathroom, I turned my beats speakers on and plugged it into my phone. Hot Nigga- Bobby Shmurda's dope beats was flowing through the room. I stripped down to my birthday suit and stepped into the shower.

After two more replays of Hot Nigga. I wrapped a towel around me and got out of the shower. I went into my closet and picked out something causual. [ OUTFIT IN MM. ] I sprayed some mango passion perfume and fluffed my hair up a little. I smiled, grabbed my phone and tied up my Jordans real tight. I went downstairs and greeted my mother.

"Hey baby, pancakes?" She asked.

I shook my head. "Nah, Dez coming over and we going to meet some friends."

My mom raised her eyebrows. "Boys?"

"Yeah, but we all just friends, mom." I rolled my eyes playfully.

"Hmmmhm. They better, Ion want no babies. My 32 year old ass is too young for fetuses." My mom turned to the stove and cracked some eggs.

I laughed. "Of course mama. Where's Chuckee?"

My mom sighed. "He went back to Indianna. He'll be back ina couple weeks." I didnt say anything cause we both know it could be way more the weeks. Probably months. If that contract with the court would allow him.

"Ok... well. Dez's coming to pick me up, so you can use the car today." I said.

My mom attempted to smile. "Ok baby. I have to take Keeis to get some shots today."

"Awww, poor baby. Alright ma, Im out. Love you." I kissed her cheek.

"Love you too, hun. Stay safe." She replied, when I went out the door. I took out my phone and called up Dez.. It rang until I finally heard a happy Hello.

Keeylah: Hey boo. Hurry tf up!

Dez: dang girl. I cant even get my words out *laughs* im on my way. im suprised you up!!

Keeylah: whatever . get here quick. Im eager as hell to eat some food.

Dez: uh huh ok. whatever. Im pulling up to yo driveway hoe.

I smacked my teeth and hung up a laughing Dez. I saw her red toyota pull up and walked over to her passenger seat and got in.

"Hey bae." I smiled.

"Hey love." She replied to me. Her hair was in a nice bun, she wore a blue tank top with a grey cardigan, some shorts and flip flops.

"You look underdressed." I said as she drove.

She shrugged. "Its just Seiko." I saw her trying to hide a smile but I kept quiet. I saw how her shorts were a little too short. But its whatever.

I got on my phone.

"Ayee, text ya lil man where he at right now." Dez said out of the blue.

"Ok..." I went to iMessages and texted Carter.

To: MyLilHomie.

where iz you???? you at sandy's cafe yet?

Moments later, i heard a bing!

MyLilHomie: Yeah, me and Seiko here ordering drinks. Hurry tf up, baby girl. This whole "baby girl" made my legs shake a little. I smiled.

"Yeah they are already there." I replied. Dex looked my way and smirked, then looked back into the road ahead of her.

"What the f**k was that for?" I said.

"Nothing . But I lowkey saw the way you smiled at that text. You really like them, dont you?" She questioned.

I blushed and looked down. "Yeah." I mumbled.

"Heard That."

I smacked my teeth and started doing my make-up again. Adding a lil of mascara and light pink lipstick.

10 minutes later, Dez parked into the nearest paerking spot and killed the ignition. We got out and Dez locked the doors. We made small talk as we got into the cafe.

Once we got into the cafe, I started looking around for Seiko and Carter. Suddenly, me and him caught eye glances. He smiled and waved for us to make our way.I stood shocked at what I had saw and touched Dez's arm. She caught the memo and we walked over to the their table, ready for a fight.

This will be really interesting, including the fact that there happened to be another b***h- I mean female at that table.

We walked over to the table and smiled. "Hi." I waved. Dez did the same.

"Hey baby girl. Hey D." Carter nodded.

"Hiiii Seiko." Dez said.

Seiko nodded. I sat next to Carter and this little b***h. While, Dez sat on the other side with Seiko.

"Yall probably wondering who this is. Well this is my good ol' friend Tara." Carter replied. Tara smiled and waved at us. Dez almost busted out laughing, while I stood there embrassed. Devin smirked at me and I rolled my eyes. "Hi Tara." I said.

"Hi, Keyara, is it?" She smiled. I could of sworn she smirked at me. I swear.

No b***h, Its Keeylah. I took a deep breath and plastered a smile on my face. "Nah. Its Keeylah." I replied.

"Oh" She said curtly.

With Dez laughing at me and Carter smirking at me....

This bout to be a long lunch.
