The invasion, awakening of Drilidith's power.
In a universe similar to ours, which Earth is a planet where supernatural things are bound to happen one day.
In fact, that time may come sooner than you realize. Another planet which is called Ulcroni was recently discovered by the humans, and that alone was the start of everything..
The demons have deployed an army to take over Earth, soon they will reach their destination.
Inside the planet Earth was a girl named Drilidith, her presence and appearance was feared due to the darkness growing inside her. Having missed her time for childhood memories and learning, nothing could cure her heart.
That is because she was born ''possessed'' as people call it, being eighteen years old already she has had enough. Her parents left her when she was very young, due to the reputation she had been given.
Thinking back to the times with her parents, she shed the tears that should've never had come. Burning rage, hate and malice was given away by the look on her face, nothing will become of her in the future is what she thought.
Walking back and forth in the never ending misery, the poor Drilidith couldn't stand to be in the living room. As she went inside her bedroom, she thought of a solution to all problems.
Sitting in her bedroom's chair, she drew a dagger out of her desk drawer. Before she could even pierce through her skin, the skies outside turned crimson red and the sun faded completely. Dropping the knife, she screamed in agony.
A black poison activated inside her blood, and the poison spread throughout her entire system. Finally transforming her heart to a black ink color, golden ancient words were written from thin air on it. The so described ancient words, is the famed dream of any hero who would want. Justice, that is what we all desire for the entire world.
In that moment her transformation had already begun, raven black scales appeared on her whole body and black sharp claws stretched from her fingers. Eyes as black as the darkness itself, her teeth stretched until the tip of each tooth was sharp enough to tear something apart. A tail those of a lizard with many spikes in the middle, hair burning like fire in red color.
In the midst of all those features appears a tattoo, resembling the infinity symbol we all know. The symbol shines a rainbow color in both palms of her hands, a voice whispers to Drilidith ever so slowly.
''Time is all you need, to grow stronger with the power we bestow upon you..''
She could feel the infinite power rush through her dark veins, and immediately knew she could do anything in the world. The monster that once was a normal girl smirked in delight, and knew exactly what to do about the incoming invasion.
She always thought of justice before herself, so people wouldn't end up like her. That's the one thing she must protect, and wipe out the demons. A monstrous breath gave way, as Drilidith stepped outside roaring loudly towards the demons.
A close call, the encounter.
As the tall giant demons respond to Drilidith's roar, they land on the ground making massive cracks around each of the demons.
There were at least a hundred demons in total against her, as they want to make a bloodbath out of this threat. The demons begin running at full speed towards the dark scaled monster, sharpening their venom soaked teeth.
She could barely contain her entertained grin, as nothing could compare to her black ink aura. Feeling the insanity, burning with rage and justice as she lengthened her claws.
Realizing that the demons have some kind of liquid on their teeth, a spell was cast by Drilidith upon herself to resist any poison completely.
Taking gravity heavy steps forward, she had already begun running challenging the demons with a dignified roar. Before the demons could react, she sliced ten demons in half upon entering their territory.
Now they needed a tactic, and planned out to corner her into the hellfire they will light. As Drilidith sliced three more demons the hellfire was lit, the demons split into three groups with twenty-nine in each group. As they increase the speed of their groups, they run towards Drilidith as she was drinking blood from their brethren.
Being self absorbed in drinking blood, she didn't notice the demons coming. When they neared her a shadow hid behind one broken tree stump, then Drilidith came to her senses. But it was too late, the demons all jumped in her direction.
Suddenly a mass hellfire trapped the rest of the demons, burning them to ashes as they screamed in their bitter end. The monstrous Drilidith knew the being's location, and cut the tree stump to pieces while roaring a massive wind at the target. That's when the shadow came into light, a humanized male demon.
The demon prince, a change of heart.
Witnessing the aura of overwhelming hellfire, it was no doubt in Drilidith's mind that this being has switched sides to be her ally. Looking at his figure she thought he was cool, and it meant that she didn't mind his company.
Having seen enough of the same boring results of countless planets, the demon prince thought back to those days how pointless it was. Expecting something worth the thrill, he looked upon the corpses of his people.
The souls of the damned embark on a journey from their dead vessel, as a farewell to the living. A crack through the ground beckons the souls to join it's fire pit, as to be precise -- becoming a reincarnation.
Turning his head from the burnt corpses, the demon prince focused his sight upon the black scaled female. Thinking that this is fate, he introduced himself as the demon prince -- Alkeroth was his name.
Seeing him introduce himself, uninterested as she is Drilidith didn't want to state her name. It's not as if she trusted him, so the decision to watch over him was placed and maybe trust him depending on his actions.
Seeing the emotionless eyes of his ally, he fell in love at first sight. Not just because of the darkness within her, but of something that stirred inside that dark void waiting to break free.
Not knowing what kind of emotion he was feeling, the impatient Drilidith wanted to form a magic contract between the two of them. Holding out her hand with the infinity symbol, the demon prince had no idea what was going to happen.
Nevertheless he took upon her offer, the rainbow shine surged through his burning hot veins. After that contract he felt like he could project endless fire regardless of his health, as the contract finished Alkeroth presented a fire phoenix into the night sky.
That bird flew high and low as if it was finally free, growing closer to the clouds even more. After reaching the moonshine, the bird opened it's mouth as if snickering. When that was done the bird grew larger and larger, creating a large shadow cast onto the ground. It exploded like fireworks, blessing the encounter of theirs.
Holding out their palms, the little sparks by the phoenix hits their hands. They will never forget this warmth, slowly lowering their hands afterwards. The appreciation of their alliance has ended, thus they travel further away from Drilidith's home seeking justice.
Traveling, a terrifying view. (Drilidith's view)
After I became the monster destined to save the world, I never felt so alive before in my life. However the side effects of my transformation were severe, I could not feel love at all.
I wanted to feel love but it wasn't possible for me, how I wish it could come true when this all ends. But maybe I won't turn back to the human form, who knows what might happen since I'm like this now. All the possible facts run back and forth in my mind, as I carefully feel the pain in my heart.
If this was some kind of spell, I'd want a man capable of love break the spell and make me normal again. But who will it be? I don't know of anyone who is so brave to face me, after all I am pretty scary to be honest.
All I had was justice for the people in my black stained heart, when I met Alkeroth the demon prince I've gained him as an ally straight away. I didn't get it at first why he decided to switch sides, I've seen his appearance countless of times but in bigger forms. Why would he even switch sides and betray his own people?
However I have my suspicions that things aren't that easy, as we traveled away from my home I could feel thousands of eyes watching us. I've looked around but to no further avail, nobody was there at all. My newly gained ally asked me if something was wrong, but I shook my head looking back to the multiple eye's location.
Seeing all the burnt down buildings and rubble everywhere, I even witnessed a few ash piles those of human beings. The air stank of burning flesh, and the wind carried ashes of burned down wood materials. My inner most part of the heart I had left felt pain, I clenched my fists into a ball out of rage.
Apparently the concerned Alkeroth felt something that I didn't understand, must have been something unimportant. As I stopped looking at him disinterested, he secretly looked back to check on me. But there was nothing wrong, only the justice inside my heart.
At that very moment Alkeroth stopped walking with me, and I immediately understood what was going on. Three dark wolf-like beasts growled and smirked at us from a distance, we take our battle stances. Bring it on!
Three beasts and an army, behold the light. (Alkeroth's view)
Much as I hate to admit it, the three beasts were small fry compared to me. After that contract with Drilidith I've never felt more energized, the fire burning inside my veins are waiting to get out. Damn right!
I have to prove myself worthy of her love, I told Drilidith that she can leave the beasts to me. As she nodded I felt fired up, my aura has risen to the heavens as I shoot a huge ball of flame at one beast. Before my flame hits the first beast, the love of my life runs so fast at the army that nobody can see her.
Charging up my ultimate flame attack, I spray the flames at an incredible range while some of my enemies are burned already. By the time I burned twenty soldiers and the three beasts, the sight of Drilidith has come into view.
Above a pile of minced meat and leftovers of the soldiers, there she stood looking bloodthirsty. Bloody claws were shining against her scales, I thought this fight was over but.. I could never be so wrong, hundreds more of enemies came running with anger due to their fallen comrades.
After I got a fine view of the deceased, my eyes burned with lust for more death. Holding my hands together up in the air, a huge fireball formed and grew bigger by the second. Having made the fireball big enough, I let out a battle cry while using one hand to throw the fireball at our enemies.
As it hit the ground with a massive explosion, the once loyal subjects run and get burned to ashes. While the ashes of the dead fly among the wind, we continue to burn and slice every single enemy that's left.
Finally we're done, I was getting pissed off not being able to go to Drilidith's side. But suddenly the ground cracked with a massive opening, light spewed out of it in front of my eyes. I was blinded by the light, as I stumbled a bit back from the impact.
However when the light shone a little less, I could expect nothing less from Drilidith as she didn't blink at all. In the middle of the big crack, a pure white hand reached onto the ground from below the crack. What the hell is this?
