GRHHH… Screams began to ring out from outside the supermarket. The zombies on the side of the road rushed past like a raging flood, their white eyes ferocious and their black mouths always wide open. They were startled by Liam's loud noise just now. The three of them quickly hid behind the shelves. THUD! THUD! THUD! The zombies frantically used their heads to bang on the supermarket's glass door, creating a series of heavy sounds. The thick glass shook repeatedly, and then small cracks appeared. Liam scanned the supermarket and shouted: "Get out, get out now, there's no place to hide in here." "Damn it... They came so fast!" Mike muttered, his voice trembling. After saying that, the group immediately packed up their belongings and threw them all into their Inventory. Liam took the lead, jumping over the broken shelf and rushing straight towards the emergency exit. Mike and Lena didn't dare to hesitate either. CRACK! A large c***k appeared on the glass, then a series of glass doors in the supermarket shattered. The zombies fell like a tsunami along with countless pieces of broken glass. The zombies rolled and crawled, even trampling each other as they ran towards the three people. Liam kicked open the emergency exit door and ran out. Suddenly, a zombie rushed towards him from the side. It bared its jagged teeth covered in black blood and looked at him with greed. Liam was caught off guard and thought he was about to die. BANG! Just as Liam's eyes widened in panic, Lena shot and killed the zombie. Liam didn't dare to hesitate any longer, he immediately jumped up and ran while opening the map to look, and then he shouted: "Right! Turn to the right!" The group rushed towards the empty road as Liam said. THUD! THUD! The sound of the zombies' footsteps echoed behind them. They were only a few meters away from the group. But then bad luck came one after another. In front of them was an overturned cargo container truck blocking the road, there was no way around to continue running. Lena gritted her teeth: “Damn it! We're out of options.” “Let's climb up! There's no time! Lady first, you go Lena.” Mike turned his head, his voice urgent. After speaking, he sat down low and gave his shoulder to Lena to climb up. Lena didn't hesitate and stepped on Mike's shoulder, then she lowered herself to jump up, then immediately used her hands to grab the edge of the container truck. Lena suppressed the burning pain in her hands and tried to climb up as fast as a squirrel. Liam stood next to Mike to keep watch, he clenched the iron bar in his hand, preparing for battle. He looked at the zombies that were gradually closing the distance with him, with this number, if he fought, he would die. Once she was up, Lena immediately looked down and shouted, “Hurry up, guys.” “Go ahead, Mike.” Liam did the same as Mike did, he sat down to create a support for Mike to climb up. Thanks to Liam as support and Lena pulling, Mike quickly reached the top of the container truck. When it was Liam's turn, he didn't wait any longer. He stepped back to gain momentum, put all his strength into his legs, and jumped up. Liam waited for the right moment to raise the iron bar in his hand, Mike understood and grabbed Liam's iron bar. The two of them coordinated well so Liam didn't fall. The zombies had also arrived. Lena and Mike hurriedly pulled the iron bar to help Liam climb up the container truck. If they had been just 1 second slower, Liam's legs would have been grabbed by a few zombies. Before the three of them could regain their strength, the zombies screamed and scratched the container fiercely. They trampled and climbed up. Lena took out her gun and continuously shot at the zombies who were about to climb up to them. "It's not good, my bullets are almost out." Lena said in panic as she fired. The platinum hair was stuck to her sweaty little face. Right now, of the three of them, only Lena had a long-range weapon, while Liam and Mike had crude close-range weapons. Perhaps they couldn't avoid fighting the zombies directly. BANG! GRUUUUH!!! A hoarse roar rang out. A zombie had just climbed onto the container bed when Liam swung an iron bar and hit it hard on the head. It fell to the ground. But as soon as this one fell, a few more climbed up. Mike's side wasn't doing any better, he was busy with the rotten hands clinging to the edge of the container bed. Mike used his axe to chop them off, causing those hands to break off from the zombies. The mangled tendons fell off. "Aaa." Lena suddenly screamed in horror. While she was fiddling with the last magazine, a big, fat zombie climbed onto the container bed. It looked at her like a wild beast craving for a piece of fresh meat in front of it. Its face was extremely terrifying, layers of flesh and fat were sagging, and its eye sockets were sunken. Lena panicked and stepped back, her hands trembling as she tried to load the magazine into the gun. But because she was shaking so much, Lena couldn't load it. Seeing this, Liam immediately ran over and stood in front of Lena. He was panting from exhaustion, his hands clenched the iron bar until they were red. The fat zombie with layers of flabby fat ran towards the two of them. Its heavy footsteps made the entire container truck shake. It rushed forward with its mouth full of black blood, ready to bite and tear, but was blocked by Liam. He used all his remaining strength to swing the iron bar and hit the zombie's head. But unexpectedly, it dodged his attack. The zombie lowered its head and rammed Liam's stomach, causing him to fall. Its face with hideous gray skin was right in front of Liam. It wanted to tear each layer of his flesh. BANG! Lena loaded the gun. She immediately aimed at the zombie's head. It fell, causing a huge shock. Liam lay there, panting after the near-death battle. Mike and Lena took down one zombie, and another one appeared. Finally, they ran out of bullets and their strength was gone... Just when the three of them thought they had no way out, the zombies under the container were suddenly burned by a fierce fire. The zombies trying to climb onto the roof of the container couldn't escape either, they were like dying flames falling onto the cracked road. Liam's group collapsed from exhaustion. Their consciousness gradually became hazy. The last thing Liam could see was the tall figure of a man standing on the road, with a flamethrower in his hand. The man's eyes flashed with a fiercely burning fire... Who was that? They were saved…
