My skin burns because of the strong sunlight as smell of mud invades my senses. I groan rubbing my head against a soft material.
Opening my heavy eyelids , I see Amber sleeping on my chest snoring softly. I groan rubbing my head with my head but it doesnt hurt a bit convincing me that my wounds have healed.
I chuckle wiping the drool near her lips as she whines sleepily , her eyes fluttering open.
She opens her eyes giving me a lazy smile.
" Werent you the one who was taking me to the hospital last night ?" I ask raising an eyebrow at her.
" I was ?" she mumbles letting out a loud yawn.
" Baby." I groan kissing her forehead.
" Lemme sleep." she pouts closing her eyes again.
" No. We're going home. Come on get up." I mutter standing up.
