Sweat beads form on my forehead as I walk towards the kingdom gates. The thought of Amber keeps stabbing my heart. I can't believe I've left her all alone to deal with that beast.
No ! I cannot do this. Amber needs me , I cannot leave her alone. She isnt in the right health , she cannot think maturely and I'm sure Erik will try to take advantage of her weakness.
