As we finished breakfast, I walked over to Atreyus and Maria. “ Hey guys, do y'all want to hang out in the game room and get to know each other before the party? " We all know it's going to be crazy with everyone wanting answers. " I personally really don’t want to go, you don’t go against my mother's wishes. " Well, I guess technically your mother. “Yeah, she can be a bit much. " I mean your 16th birthday party was crazy Lizzy," Codi says. So Maria, how was it growing up in the Darkwood Pack? I mean I have been in Luna training since I was seven? I asked Maria. "Well, mom wanted me to start early, but dad told her I needed to have a childhood first, so I started when I was thirteen. Dad also made sure I did some combat training, and I had some alpha training. We had collectively agreed that my mate would have to move to our pack because they had lost Daniel. I mean Atreyus," Maria told us.

" I have a weird question. Can you two hear each other's thoughts? " Not like the mind link I mean, without either of you two trying. " I asked. They looked at each other like they weren't sure if they should answer or not. I knew I could hear Codi and I also think Atreyus and I may have a special bond. I mean, when we first shifted I needed them both. " Look Maria, I don't know if Atreyus told you about our first shift, but we have special sibling bonds like Crystal wolves do. And Codi and I have a special bond as well. I was just asking because I was going to recommend using it at the party. Mom is going to have every wolf in our pack here for this now that we all know the truth. There will most definitely be around a thousand wolves here tonight. I know your pack is big as well. I just want you to have a backup for comfort,"I said.

About that time mom walked in the room. " Girls come with me. We are going shopping for the party and boys your dads would like to see you. We will be well guarded. Cole will be coming with us as well as Beta Santiago. We will me well protected," she tells us. I get up and start to head to our room to get dressed in my normal Sleep Token shirt with my black flared jeans and my boots. I grab my purse and start to head out. As soon as I grab the door Codi stops me. " Be careful and stay close to Santiago. I love you so much I will see you when you get back baby." He leans in and kisses me. I open the door to see Maria walking our of my old room at the same time in a Falling in Reverse shirt and jeans with a pair of DC. "My clothes look good on you Maria." I tell her. She laughs" Yeah we have very similar taste I have that same shirt at home." As she points to the shirt I'm wearing. I laugh "Shall we go meet our mothers for this very unnecessary shopping trip? I have plenty of dresses. But mom loves any excuse to go shopping. She says I will be that way when I have a daughter." I say. Maria looks at me " My mom is the same way we are the same size I could just wear one of your dresses I looked in your closet you have plenty. But hey I think my mom just wants a chance to bond with you. Atrayus told me to stay close to Gamma Cole while we are out." "Yeah he trust him with his life of course he would trust him with yours. Codi told me to do the same with Santiago. I am going to ask mom I mean Luna Jacqulene if my friend Freya can come shes the only person who knows about my feelings toward Codi. She was the one who originally told me that something had to be up with us because she could sense our bond. She is half-witch and her mother, Penelope, has taught her our to read bonds so that she will know when her true mate is revealed to her." I told Maria. As we made to the bottom of the stairs we see our parents and Freya. I run into her arms and give her the tightest hug possible. " What are you doing here. Mom told me we couldn't see anyone till the party.?" I asked her. "Your mom called mine after breakfast and told her everything and that you may need me today. So here I am to fufil my duties as your best friend , She smiled at me. Plus you know I am not going to turn down a offer for a free shopping spree." Abour that time Alpha Don walks over and introduces his Beta Sebastian and his son Topher. "Freya is it Topher here will be your personal guard for this trip. He is well trained and will hopefully be Atrayus Beta when he takes over." About that time their eyes met and I know whats about to happen. They are mates I can't believe that my best friend is going to be leaving me but I'm glad my brother is going to have her on his side. "Freya I know that you know he is your mate and I am going to miss you when you leave but I am glad that you will still be in the family in a way." I tell her as she embraces Topher. We all laugh because usually we have mating parties once every four months. And that is where everyone hopefully meets their mate. Luna Jacaqulene walk to the door. "Shall we head out girls we will all ride with our guards two to a vehicle." she says. We all kiss our partners and walk out to our cars. The trip will take about twenty minutes.
