Meeting in secluded corner of the garden, Blanca and Ethan talked in whispers.” I can’t believe we’re doing this”. Ethan slowly said. Blanca smiled, “ Neither could I. But it’s worth it” . Taking her hand gently, Ethan reaffirmed, “you’re the best thing that’s ever happened to me”. Blanca smiled and added, “ you’re my God sent.” They shared a passionate kiss. Ethan, whispered to her ear, “I wish we could just run away together”. Blanca sighed, “ I wish we could too. But for now, we have to be patient”. As the days turned into weeks, Blanca and Ethan continued their relationship in secret. They met in secluded places, whispered sweet nothings, and shared stolen moments of intimacy. Their love blossom amidst the danger and uncertainty, “a forbidden fruit that tasted sweeter than any other.” Blanca, divided between her love for Ethan and her duty to her family, continued to perform her wifely duties. She attended social events, smiled politely, and played the part of the dutiful wife. But inside, her heart belonge to Ethan. Olivia, meanwhile, was determined to win Leo back. She showered him with affection, attention, and care. She tried to make him forget about Blanca, to convince him that she was the only woman he needed. But Leo was a changed man. The bullet that had pierce his heart had also pierce his soul. He had realized the value of life, and he was no longer willing to be controlled by his own desires. He pushed Olivia away, his heart hardens against her. He knew that she has only been with him out of convenience, that she had never truly loved him. Olivia was devastated. She had lost Leo, and she was determined to get him back. She began to plot her revenge, a plan that would destroy Blanca and Ethan. Meanwhile, Blanca and Ethan continued their love affair in secret. They would sneak out of the house at night, finding secluded spots where they could be alone. They would talked for hours, sharing their dreams, their fears, and their hopes for the future. One evening, as they were sitting on the balcony, watching the sunset, Ethan took Blanca's hand. "I love you," he said, his voice filled with emotion. Blanca's heart raced. She had been waiting for him to say those words, but when he finally did, she was overwhelmed with emotion. "I love you too," she replied, her voice barely a whisper. As they leaned in for a kiss, a shadow fell over them. They looked up to see Olivia standing in the doorway. "Well, well," she said, her voice dripped with venom. "This is quite a surprise." Blanca and Ethan frozed, their hearts pounding in their chests. They knew that Olivia is a dangerous woman, and they were afraid of what she might do. "What do you want?" Blanca asked, her voice trembling. Olivia smiled, a cold, calculating smile. "I want what's mine," she said. "And that included you, Ethan." With that, she turned and walked away, leaving Blanca and Ethan alone in the darkness. They know that they were in for a fight, a fight that would determine the fate of their love. Blanca carelessly left her pregnancy test result on the side table a night before. As she was used to taking morning walks through the garden. Meanwhile, Leo was in his world on his bed calculating the next alert to his bank account ‘deals’ he had to close. As he reached out to freshen up, his eyes met with a folded document beside the bed. Leo stared at the pregnancy test result, his mind raced with a whirlwind of emotions. He couldn't believe what he was seeing. Blanca is pregnant? His mind flashed back to the last time he and Blanca had been intimate, he thought, “It had been months ago, a fleeting moment of passion amidst the chaos of their lives. Based on that timeline, the pregnancy should have been at least six months along. But the test indicated only six weeks.” A wave of confusion washed over him. “How could this be possible? Had Blanca been unfaithful to him? Or has something gone terribly wrong?” He sat down on the edge of the bed, his heart pounding in his chest. He felt a surge of anger, directed at Blanca. “How could she have kept this from me? Has she been cheating on me?” But then, a pang of guilt washed over him. “ I had been a terrible husband to Blanca. I had treated her with neglect, with indifference. Perhaps, she had been afraid to tell me the truth, fearing my reaction.” He thought about Ethan, his son. “I had always been close to Ethan, and I loved him dearly.” The thought of having another child filled him with a strange sense of joy. But at the same time, he was terrified. “I knew that being a father was a huge responsibility, and I am afraid that I wouldn't be able to provide for the emotional support.” Leo paced back and forth in the room, his mind racing with thoughts. He had to contend between anger, guilt, and fear. He didn't know what to do, or how to feel. Finally, he decided to confront Blanca. He found her in the garden, sitting alone on a bench. "Blanca," he said his voice trembling. "We need to talk." Blanca looked up, her eyes filled with fear. She knew that Leo was angry, and she was afraid of what he might do. "I know," she said, her voice barely a whisper. "I'm sorry." Leo sat down beside her. "Explain yourself," he demanded. "How is it possible that you're only six weeks pregnant?" Blanca hesitated. She knew that she has to tell him a lie no matter how painful it may be. "I... I had a miscarriage a few months ago," she said, her voice trembling. "I was afraid to tell you." Leo's heart was full of sympathy, not realizing the date of the test result, he had no idea what Blanca has just done. "I'm so sorry," he said, taking her hand. "I should have been there for you." Blanca smiled sadly. "It's okay," she said. "I understand." Leo leaned in and kisses her forehead. "I love you," he said. "I'm going to be a good father to our child." Blanca's eyes filled with tears. She had been so afraid of his reaction, but he had surprised her. He was accepting, loving, and supportive. As they sat there, holding hands, Blanca felt a sense of peace washed over her. She knew that they would face many challenges ahead, but she was confident that they would overcome them together. Leo begins to notice some changes in Blanca's body. Blanca keeps her pregnancy hidden as much as possible. “We have to let him know" Blanca appeals to Ethan who is planning to elope with her. “Darling! Don't you know that my father will kill us, if we let him know?“ “Let us just move away from all this and start a new life together" concluded Ethan. As weeks went by, Blanca became so unease around the house. She wasn't feeling too well when she came back from the clinic. She decided to take a nap. Hours later she went strolling in the garden to air her confused head. Almost the same time, Ethan was returning to the mansion. They decided to stay a little longer to talk. Inadvertently, Blanca left her current scan result on the bed. “What is this? A scan result! today! So, my suspicions were true?" Leo bursted in disbelief.
