He Has Tails

happy chapter 1 ? ------------------- "I'll go ahead!" I shouted back to the other mermaids as I dived in the deep blue sea. The sun is about to set and I need to stay in my spot. I'm known as the Pearl of the Pelagic Colony because of my blue and white skin that resembles the pearl of the ocean. My name is Naeco and I need to be on my spot before the sun sets. As a siren, we have this thing called 'heat'. It happens every year and mine is occurring tonight. Heat is a temptation to sirens that makes us do something that our senses want to do. To resist the heat, we need to stay alone and avoid contact with other sirens. As soon as I reached my cave, I hurriedly went to my spot and lay on my curved rock. closes my eyes and sighs* it really feels good to have my back and tail relaxed. I've been swimming all day and my tail really feels tired. I opened my eyes to adjust my visions. A siren has visions to see through the dark, our only light every night is the moon, but having a spot in the cave, it's really hard for the moonlight to reach me. Good thing, we can adjust our vision. The next thing that I knew is that my vision is already blurry. ___________________ The small light from above was the first thing that I saw as soon as I open my eyes. The feeling of heat that burn from my insides that I was expecting, wasn't there. By this time, I should already be in the shape of a ball, crying an wincing in pain. I was busy thinking about my expected heat when I suddenly heard some loud sounds above the water. I swam outside my cave to peek, the temptation to swim closely was there but I stopped myself. There was a loud bang and loud voices above which made me think. Humans doesn't really go in this side of the sea because they believe that this part is the nest of the monsters and they are afraid of what's below, that's why I also picked the cave here to be my home because it's rare for humans to stop by. They usually just passed by, but they don't stop in this place that lonh. With the movement and calmness of the water above, I know that the big boat is not passing by, it's not moving. As I continue to stroke my tail as I swim above, the faint voice slowly became louder and louder. "what do you mean he vanished!? we're in the middle of the sea! he can't just vanish! use your eyes, you idiots!" ______________________ Naeco continued to observe the movement of the people in the boat from a distance. As his eyes were adjusting on their own in the light, he can easily observed the people in the boat, running around, yelling boldly...looking for something. ' Did they gone mad? Did all the dynamite that they had been using have gone through their heads and made them crazy?' All could Naeco think at that moment. Somehow, he kinda feels uncomfortable. The idea that his heat may occur anytime now makes him want to swim deep into the sea, to his spot.. but as said, curiosity really does kill the cat. His eyes continue to follow the bald man in the yacht. 'Baudelaire! Come out now and maybe I can change my mind and just punish you lightly!' the bald man continued to shout and the only thing that Naeco could hear was the word Baudelaire, because the man kept saying that word. Is he finding his fish? Or maybe a food since Baudelaire sounds like a tasty seafood? Naeco was lost in his thought that he didn't see the happenings in the boat. _______________________________________________________________________________________ " you f*****g little piece of s**t. You're hiding there all this time and you haven't said any word? we've been looking for you everywhere!" the bald guy said as he grabbed the man in his collar and pulled him from where he was hiding. "Are you an i***t? What's the point of hiding from you if I make a noise? all of that brain of yours fade away with your hair." the guy has some guts when he knows that the bald guy has a upper hand in the situation.. the guy continue to fight when the bald guy punch him in his stomach for him to lose his strength.. the guy stopped struggling and he kneel down, wincing from pain "You better watch your mouth there young man. I can kill you and feed you to the fish without anyone knowing". The bald guy released his collar and gave him a beating in his stomach before getting a rope and tied his hands and feet together. The man couldn't move an inch because of the pain. The only thing that he can do is wince and cough from the pain in his stomach. this man doesn't just have confidence, he also has some strength in his sleeve.. Who would've thought that all of that muscles that he has, he doesn't have any brains at all. If only I knew this s**t would happen, I should've learned some martial arts and defense class so that I can beat this s**t ball head of a man infront of me. ______________________________________________________________________________________ " Oh what did I miss," Naeco asked himself as he woke up from daydreaming.. he now see two men on the top deck, talking. One of the men is the bald guy from awhile ago and the other man is wearing a tuxedo, a clothe that most people wear when Naeco goes sightseeing at night. As Naeco felt a tingling sensation in his tail, he didn't bulge in watching the people in the yacht the bald guy look down, pointed at something which made Naeco more curious that even if he felt something will happen, he didn't pay attention to it. Did he find his pet Baudelaire? Is that what he was pointing at on the floor? he asked himself.. the question was later on answered when two men came and knelt on the floor. They looked like they were having a hard time.. The feeling of uncomfortableness continued to linger in Naeco's tail. He felt even worse every second that passed. As he decided to just continue to look at the thing tomorrow, the second that he was about to dive into the water, the two men who knelt, stand up carrying a man who was tied. Those two men are both carrying the feet and arms of the man while the bald guy and the tuxedo guy are watching from a meter.. let him be the fish's dinner. The words didn't escape in Naeco's ears. At the same moment, he dived into the water and arched his back, accepting the pain and the discomfort from his tail. As he submerged in pain, he heard a loud bang and the next thing that he knew, he was already flipping his tail as fast as he could to chase the man who was being fed to the pit of the ocean
