When I sat at the far end table, I start to drink. I didn't mind if I am with nobody now, alam ko naman na magiging mag-isa lang ako for a short period of time. And I am right because I am with the company of 3 hot chicks now. Beside me is a brunette na naka-tight fitting black skimpy dress. Ang isa ay naka-red and white na crop top blouse then paired it with a high waist shorts na blonde naman. Then infront of us is a tanned chick pero with a much bigger bumper

na Filipina beauty. They are fun to be with. Mga game rin kasi kaya I am having fun tonight.

Kasagsagan ng kasiyahan namin when I notice something sa may bar counter. Hindi ko na sana papansinin but I saw how she creased her forehead and naging poker face ang mukha niya.

'Where are you going handsome?' sabay-sabay na tanong sa'kin ng tatlong chicks.

'I'll be back. Stay.' I flash my famous smile before walking towards where my brother's girlfriend is located.

Actually, wala naman talaga akong pake sa surroundings ko. That's the real me. Kaso, on how I see her now... Parang need niya ng help. As I walk, I look around to see any signs of the bar's bouncer. But to no avail, parang wala yatang nakakapansin sa present na situation sa bar area. I am almost there when I heard her speak.

'Kung ayaw niyong magbayad, next time ay huwag na kayong oorder. Wala pala kayong pambayad, nakuha niyo pang magpunta sa bar?! Ang kakapal rin naman ng mga pagmumukha niyo eh!' napailing ako.

Kahit kailan talaga ay napaka-taklesa ng isang ito. Para siyang amazona kung magsalita and she doesn't give a damn if sino man ang kaharap at kausap niya.

'What seems to be the problem here?' I said in a serious tone.

'Hay naku.' umangat ang kilay niya upon seeing me.

What the f**k is wrong with her? Here I am putting myself in danger by dragging myself here to lend a helping hand tapos ganon ang reaction niya? Parang mukhang masama pa ang ginawa ko. The f**k is her problem? I quickly questioned myself.

'Wala kang pakialam dito brad! Bakit?! Syota mo ba si Miss kung ipagtanggol mo?!'

'HINDI!/HELL NO!!!' nagkatinginan kami ng babaeng witch. Her face is vivid with anger, nakataas parin ang isang kilay niya then her forehead creased even more.

'Huwag kang makialam dito, unggoy! Dagdag ingay ka lang!' she barked at me then look at the two men infront of her. She pound her right hand on top of the counter and eyed the customers. 'Ano?! Magbabayad ba kayo or...' she get something underneath ng countertop and pointed the pepper spray sa dalawa. 'Or bubulagin ko kayo?!'

I can't control myself to burst out with laughter. Pero hindi ko kaya napahagalpak ako ng tawa which made the other customers' to look at us.

'HAHAHAHAHA!!!! WHAT THE f**k WITCH?!!!'

'Ano bang pake mo, manyakis na unggoy?!!! Dun ka na sa lungga mo dahil inaagawan mo ako ng eksena dito!! Layas! Tsupi!! Shoo!!!'

'Who are you to shoo me away?! Where's your manager here?! I bid to talk to your manager!! THIS INSTANT!!! This bartender is so rude and impolite!! She shouting at her customers!!' almost everyone look at me.

'Sinong rude ha?!! Ang tigas rin ng apog mo, unggoy!! Singit ka ng singit eh hindi ka naman kasali sa usapan!!'

'Where's your manager, you bitchy witch?!!' tumaas narin ang voice ko. This woman is really getting into my nerves.

'I am the manager here. What seems to be your concern Sir?' sabay kaming napatingin ni witch sa nagsalita.

'Your bartender here is so rude. I demand that your reprimand her.'

'Ang kapal rin talaga ng mukha mo, unggoy!! Sino ka para sabihin yan?!' napangisi ako when there's a hint of fear sa mga eyes niya.

'Ask your manager if who am I, witch!!'

Napatingin si witch from me to her manager who is by the way a family friend ng mga Kleins. Kahit hindi sa'kin binanggit ni Hypnos, I knew that he used his surname para makapasok ito dito. Dahil without my brother's connection and help, I doubt if this barbaric woman will be hired here. Ugali pa lang ay malabo ng matanggap.

'Mr. Klein's family are close friends ng family ko.' her manager said. Kitang-kita ko ang pag-formed into fist ng right hand niya sabay ng pagpikit. Mas lumapad ang smirk ko sa nakita ko. 'I suggest you apologized to him Veronica.' she open her eyes and looked at me. Her eyes are like balls of scorching fire. Pinilit kong huwag magbaba ng tingin even if nakakapaso tingin niya sa akin which shock me.

But what shocked me even more was when she removed her name plate and her black apron then place it on top of the counter. Her fierceness plus the way she grin afterwards, sends chill to my entire body.

'Ang sory po... Ginagamit po sa taong deserving lang na sabihan ng salitang yan. And since this arrogant, self-centered and brute man doesn't deserve it... Never akong magso-sorry...' she gaze at me then smirk again. 'Never akong magso-sorry dahil wala akong ginagawang kasalanan sa'yo.' then she grab something underneath the countertop and walk out.

'Excuse me. I'll be back.' I quickly said after.

I hastily walk across some customers para maabutan ko lang siya. For a woman like her, ang bilis niyang maglakad. Paglabas ko ng bar, she is already near the waiting shed. I run towards her para maabutan ko siya. Malapit na ako when she halted. And because I am running kaya hindi ako nakapag-preno kaagad. I hit her back which causes her to stumble down and eventually to fall, her face facing the wall. Pero bago pa mangyari, mabilis ko siyang hinablot and then cage her in my arms. I regain my composure kaya hindi natuloy na bumagsak kami.

Hindi ko alam kung anong nangyari but my heartbeat elevates that it is deafening. Nagtama mga eyes namin when she gazes at me.

'Fuck.' I curse underneath my breath. Her forehead creased again saka niya ako tinulak sa chest ko. Napaatras ako. Not because of the impact ng pagkakatulak niya but because my mind is busy analyzing what I am feeling at the moment.

'f**k you ka rin, manyakis ka!!' pinagpagan niya ang clothes niya as if nadumihan siya sa paghawak ko sa kanya.

'Ang arte mo talaga!!! Feeling mo maganda ka?! Hey! Let me burst your savage bubbles!! You are not even cute kaya huwag kang umasta that you've got infected with some contagious disease because of me! Wake up witch!! Don't assume on things that will never happen even in your dreams!!'

'Ang kapal mo unggoy!! Kahit kailan ay hinding-hindi ako mag-aassume kung ikaw rin lang ang involve! Mukha mo!! Feeling gwapo lang!! Tse!!! Unggoy kang manyakis ka!!!'

'You're a f*****g hard shell to crack, witch!! Nipis-nipisan mo naman!! Ang kapal ng mukha mo huy!!' I chuckled afterwards.

Hindi siya sumagot, she was just standing still to where she is at. I look at her after awhile na natahimik kami. I notice that her shoulders are shaking. May sasabihin pa naman sana ako pero biglang na-blank ang mind ko. Then I heard her sob.

Bigla akong nalito sa sarili ko. What the f**k it this, John?! Bakit ganito ako ngayon?! Kanina naman ay inis na inis ako sa kanya na halos pilipitin ko ang neck niya. But now? Why do I feel sad all of a sudden while seeing her cry in silence? Parang gusto ko siyang lapitan and securely wrap my arms around her then console her until she stops crying. Napapikit ako then take a deep and heavy breath.

'Damn you John.' I whispered to myself. I take another deep breath before I start to step forward, papunta sa kanya.

'HUWAG NA HUWAG MO AKONG LALAPITAN!!!' her voice has an evidence that she is really cryingq. 'NAPAKASAMA MO!!! OKAY LANG NA MALIITIN MO AKO NG PAULIT-ULIT! OKAY LANG NA PAKITAAN MO AKO NG MASAMA!!! PERO ANG IDAMAY MO PA TALAGA ANG WORK KO...' she turn around and faced me. Tama nga. She is crying. Basa ang both cheeks niya ng tears, plus her eyes and nose are reddish. 'WALA KANG KASING SAMA!!! PATI WORK KO DINAMAY MO!!! UMALIS KA SA HARAPAN KO!! I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOUR f*****g FACE!!! LAYAS!!!' she harshly brush off her tears saka tinalikuran na ako.

Ang bigat ng pakiramdam ko. For the first time in my entire existence, ngayon ko lang ito naramdaman. A new feeling na hindi ko kilala at hindi ako familiar. I felt somewhat hollow inside of me. f**k this feeling!! Ano ito?! And why am I having this irritating emotion?!

Napapikit ako then when I open my eyes ay kita kong nakatingin sa akin si Veronica. f**k!! Her eyes are a mixture of fire and ice. Parang giginawin ka na masusunog ka at the same time sa mga tingin niya. Honestly speaking kahit na ayaw kong aminin, it gave me a slight goosebump. Well okay! A total goosebump! Tumalikod na ako and start walking away from her.

'HUWAG NA HUWAG KANG MAGPAPAKITA SA'KIN, HERMES JOHN KLEIN!!! I HATE YOU TO DEATH!!!!'

Umaga na but sleep didn't visit me kahit na sandali. Nandito lang ako sa bar counter ng condo ko in Quezon City mula ng makarating ako kaninang 3 in the morning. Hindi mawala sa isip ko ang mukha niya kagabi. How hurt and shattered she was sa nangyari. I really didn't intend na ganon ang result ng nangyari last night. Malay ko bang she will walked out and leaved her post. It was her decision kaya labas na ako dun.

My doorbell rang kaya napatayo ako to check on whoever it is na nasa labas. I peep through the hole to see who it is. Napahinga ako ng malalim before I opened the door. Standing outside is a serious faced man who happen to be my brother. Mukhang alam ko na ang pinunta niya dito ngayon. The witch had told her side of the story kay Hypnos kaya nasa harapan ko ngayon ang kapatid ko.

'May I come in?' I didn't answered but I opened the door wide enough for him to enter. He walked passed me at tumuloy sa living room. I went back to the bar counter and grab my brandy glass na may laman na liquor.

'Why are you here? What brought you here?' walang gana kong tanong sa kanya. I sat at the single seater sofa na kaharap niya.

'What have you done again?! Bakit mo ginawa yun to my girlfriend?! What's with you huh?! Power tripping?!'

'Hey!!! You are at my lair!! And let me remind you if ever you are forgetting... I am f*****g older than you!! So don't f*****g raise your voice at me!!!' I emptied my glass then lit a stick of cigar.

'Ikaw pa ang may ganang magalit now?! Wow!! Lessen the arrogance, brother!'

'Just tell me why are your f*****g here then leave me in peace.'

'I never thought na you'll go this far! Maayos ang work ni Nica sa bar then you'd messed everything up?! Paano na ngayon?! Nica don't ask for anything anymore kay Ate Hazel because she already had a fanily of her own... Tapos ganito ang ginawa mo?!'

'I didn't told her to resign Hypnos, for f**k sake! I never told her to walked out either!! That girlfriend of yours is so exagerated!! I didn't even touched her!! Napaka-arte ng babaeng yun!!'

'Hey!! I never commented anything about your whores so watch your mouth!!' nagkatitigan kaming magkapatid.

Just like what I have said already, Hypnos and I aren't in good terms. Civil kami sa isa't-isa, wala kaming paki sa mga buhay-buhay ng isa't-isa. As much as possible ay iniiwasan kong mag-clash kami ni Hypnos because of past issues that might arise na isa sa iniiwasan ko. I know my capacity kapag galit ako. Masyado ng malaki ang gap namin dalawa ni Hypnos, hindi na tamang dagdagan ko pa.

'Hahahahaha!!! So that f*****g love is really blind afterall!' napailing ako then stare sharply at him. 'What have that witch done to you, brother?! Did she cast a spell on you?! Is that why you're crazily foolish at her?!'

'Dammit!!' he stood up. I chuckled and raise both hands.

'Woah!!! Easy tiger!!! Hahahahaha!!!'

'f**k you Hermes!'

'Oh no! Hindi ako nakikipag-f**k with my kind! Hahahahaha!!!'

'You're crazy! Tss!!' he walk towards the door.

'Hey! Hey!! Ano ngang pinunta mo dito?!!' I stand up as he paused at stood still.

'Ipasok mo siya sa company.'

'WHAT?!!! ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND, HYPNOS?!!! I CAN'T BEAR TO EVEN BE WITH HER IN A ROOM FOR A MINUTE, THEN NOW GUSTO MONG IPASOK KO SIYA SA COMPANY?!!!'

'Kasalanan mo why wala siyang work now, so it is also your responsibility to give her a job!!'

'Wala akong vacant sa company! I can't hire her!'

'You f*****g asshole!! Kakasabi lang sa'kin kanina ni Almira na nagbigay na siya sa'yo ng resignation letter last week pa. All you have to do is to sign it for approval then hire Nica in replace of Almira!'

'Ano ako? Idiot?! I'll hire your witch girlfriend to be my Head Secretary?! You're f*****g crazy Hypnos!! Damn you!'

'She fits the position, I don't see why can't she have the position?! I also have a say sa KLEIN INDUSTRIES, brother. I am the COO, remember?!' huminga ako ng malalim.

'Alright! But I'll just warn you, my dear brother. Huwag na huwag mo akong sisisihin when your girl fell inlove with me!' I grin.

'Oh really now?! I doubt that. Nica loves me so much and our relationship is stronger than oak.'

'Sinabi mo yan ha?! Bring her to my office tomorrow. 8am sharp. I have a meeting at 8:30.'

'Good.'

I watch as Hypnos get out of my unit. Napasabunot ako sa buhok ko.

'f**k!! Now I have to be with that witch everyday!! Damn s**t!!'
