The thundering sound of the base line from the rock band performing in Heaven’s Bar reverberated through the walls upstairs. Safron found the music soothing, she had always loved her rock music, much to the girl who was allegedly her adopted sister’s dismay. Patricia had been into KPop, and girly music by the latest boy band who she could swoon over. However, Safron had more eclectic tastes, enjoying everything from country and western, to rock. Though she was not so much into the heavy metal, Classical music, to rap and everything in between. But her favourite was definitely rock. As the singer sung out ‘Sweet Child of Mine’, Safron found her foot tapping along, and the simple enjoyment of the sounds helped steady her nerves.
