‘Bloody hell,’ Scotty muttered, running his fingers through his dark curls.
‘How are we going to get around this?’ George asked Ivan.
‘Let’s not panic. Arch will be getting on to it as we speak. He’ll do whatever he can to fix it. Meanwhile, we’ve got a plane to work on. She’s not quite ready yet.’
‘Are you suggesting we still carry on?’ Scotty was sceptical.
‘Of course! We haven’t come this far to give up. Let’s just wait and see. I’m confident this whole misunderstanding will sort itself out.’
