The Princess of Dark and The Three Demons

I wake up to a crashing sound, like glass breaking. I also smell smoke, meaning fire. "Irene!" A mysterious voice calls out, I can hear it from down stairs. Which wakes me up, reminding me I'm in a burning building. I quickly hop out of bed and run downstairs. Finding my best friend, River, standing in front of my now broken window. Except, it wasn't River. He had long black horns, two big leathery wings, and a long whip like tail. Fangs bared as he searched the room frantically. When he saw me, he tried to yell out. "Ire-!" Except the fact that he was cut off when he was tackled to the ground by another person I didn't recognize. The man had a wide, devilish grin as he tackled my best friend. "Anuklomus! Get off me! We are in the presence of the princess!" River yelped. The strange man searched the room until all eyes were on me. I had no clue what they were talking about, or why they looked like that. I was about to speak up but a voice coming from behind me cut me off. "Princess, I am terribly sorry for these baboons actions." I whipped around to stare at another strange man. He had pointy ears and fangs that were terribly sharp. I took a step back but crashed into something solid. I look up to see the man who had tackled River, Anuklomus. He glares down at me with red eyes that pierced through me. "You should be more careful, princess." The man spoke with a deep voice. If he didn't look like a man, I would've thought he was Satan. A shiver ran down my spine but i remembered how i was in a burning building. I was about to do something but before I could, everything went black.
