Chapter 2

It was a dark night when Ethan was awake. Ethan heard a strange sound from outside his room. He saw something so frightening and decided to come out with courage to check out who the intruder was. As he came out, he noticed that there was a full moon. As he teleported outside and changed into a wolf, he saw another wolf and chased it down from the direction he saw the wolf not long after he saw the wolf. He saw rouges who came towards him trying to kill him he took courage and fought the back there were three of them who gave him uncountable scars all over his body he became angry and stood up to the fight, as it fought with the last strength in him despite that he was so powerful and the alpha king, well, he was able to chase the rogues, but they gave him some injuries after a long fight with the rouges he saw the same wolf immediately the rogues were gone in his mind he wondered who it could be, but he wanted to notice who was the intruder. He came back home with the injuries his brother saw, but he didn't see his brother because he was in pain and anguish. He went back into his room as he sat down. He healed himself immediately and the scars and wounds were all gone. Logan saw him and didn't do anything or approached him to ask him the cause of his pain.

It was morning as Ethan, who was in pain, stood up from his slumber and took his bath and came down for breakfast. The breakfast was already prepared and served. He ate like one who hadn't eaten for some years. Now he rushed the food and asked for more. He ate to his satisfaction and as soon he was done he asked Julian to come escort him for a walk as they walked together as they walked discussing and mistakenly witted Lysander, Lysander noticed the person and saw him she noticed that it was the same person she saved years ago she and suddenly something in her was giving her signs that it was her mate, but she couldn't understand anything or do anything about it, she wanted to approach him but wasn't courageous enough to do it. Ethan, who wanted to help her get up, saw her and the same signs came to Ethan, he noticed it and left there immediately with Julian.

“Why the sudden change in you?” Julian asked.

“I had some signs in me, but I wanted to be sure of it. I couldn't withstand it, so I left," Ethan replied.

" What could have been the sign?” Julian asked again.

“Can we just leave here immediately? I am so tired, let's just go back home” Ethan said?

Ethan arrived at his residence after a walk. He saw his brother Logan in a hasty manner. He quickly noticed it and followed him but unfortunately for his brother he teleported away. Ethan went down and asked the guards around if they saw his brother Logan no one gave him a positive reply he went back to his room and was thinking, were his brother could have gone as was contemplating what to do Julian came to him and told him that the head chief was asking for his presence Ethan updated him that he will be there in a short time. Not long after he heard the message, he went downstairs. He saw the head chief and his daughter Hermia. Her who his childhood friends came to see him, Hermia in her mind felt that Ethan would be attracted by her beauty, but Ethan didn't put any interest in her.

The head chief greeted the king and was accommodated with his daughter Ethan asked why he was here. He explained to him that he wouldn't be able to get the throne without a mate. As soon as Ethan heard of the throne he put more interest in the conversation, your mate would make it easy for you to get the throne. Ethan looked in the direction of Hermia but wasn't feeling anything inside him.

“I don't understand it, so what do you mean*

“ I don't know what your plans, but there is no time to waste, my daughter here is your mate”

Ethan knew that this was his plan all along, he kept quiet for a while and left their presence claiming to have some rest. Julian gave the order that his king ordered them to leave at once and visit another day, the chief elder left with his daughter Hermia. Hermia didn't utter a word at the palace, but as soon as they left there she was then saying to her father.

“Father I would go to any length to have Ethan to myself not caring about whether I am his mate or not '' Hermia said in anger.

“ I will support you in anything you do okay I will help you do it okay, you Know I Love you okay” her father said in a low voice.

"Okay dad," Hermia replied.

Lysander, who was not herself since the coincidence between her and the alpha king she, asked herself what could be the signal that came to her on seeing the alpha king she wondered around going up and down the thought was so deep that she couldn't remember anything except from the event she thought of asking an elder about it but on a second thought, she said that she wasn't loved by anyone so let her keep her problem to herself, but the coincidence kept flashing back into her memory she kept thinking about it until her stepfather came inside and saw her on sitting on the master sit he came to where she was and dragged her down he then pushed her out of the chair, Rossi again pushed her she fell to the floor and collapsed.
