Chapter 5

Ethan's pov

Becoming the alpha king would be something I Cherish a lot, the biggest change in my life. I would have people bowing down whenever I passed; I could have any maiden of my choice. The life of the Alpha was something I wouldn't give up until I died. Who would? This power was something I had always longed for and I promise I must get. The elder chief explained to me that I must have a mate for the throne to be easier for me to ascend, oh I met a maiden the other day when I felt something and asked Julian to ask if he already did the assignment I would be ready to face my enemies when I am complete.

As I thought deeply on how I would be when I became the alpha king I saw someone coming as I looked from his fit. He was wearing a hard shoe like a soldier. I looked further and also he was wearing armor and from the experience I had it was my trusted guard Julian. He called my name “alpha Ethan I had a message for you"

“You can speak"

“ The maiden which you told me I should search for her biography, her name is Lysander kai and she was a step daughter to Rossi Demian, I was able to get her through identity through a friend”

“Okay I must get ready and you must have to take me there at once"he said smiling

I Rushed and wore my best clothes of all. It was a red color and had shiny designs on them. As I wore It down I asked Julian If it was good to go he commented and told me that this was the best he had ever seen then we went together.

“Are you insane you which are you mad"Rossi said

“I am sorry I was not too strong yo do that please I may do I later” Lysander replied

Rossi slapped her and she sobbed. Lily entered the room as she heard some voices, she saw her sister on the floor crying.

“Father I Know you must be the one you made her go through pain and now you are trying to do it again" Lily said

Rossi tried to talk back at Lily when he had a knock he stopped and went to check on it he opened the door and saw alpha Ethan and his guard Julian.

" Wow what a humble visit I shall be blessed today, you can come inside okay” Rossi said

Ethan nodded his head and followed him inside the living room. Lysander heard them and quickly cleaned herself and went to some corner where she could hear them well. Rossi served them some drink and they both accepted

“What could have brought you to my humble residence”Rossi asked

“Well I came for a reason I noticed that my mate is living here under your roof and her name is Lysander as you know i can't get the throne without a mate and I demand to see her” Ethan said

"Ok ok I would go call her” Rossi said

“Lysander the king demand your presence" Rossi said

Immediately on Lysander's memory she thought about the incident. She then thought that it was why he may ask of her she then followed her step father.

“Greetings sir" Lysander greeted

Ethan whispered to Julian “is this the girl you said to be my mate”. Julian nodded which signals a yes. Ethan's mood changed because he wasn't interested in her; what he only wants is to use him to get the throne.

“Well I am Alpha Ethan and you are Lysander. We met the other day and something in me signaled that you are my mate i hope you would be joyful and glad to become my wife" Ethan said rudely

“Well she is available now but my request is that I could sell her to you for money" Rossi said

Lysander surprisingly looked at him.

“Hahaha you mean you wants to sell your daughter to me in exchange of money" Ethan said

" Yes I want to sell her out because she is of no use to me here ok I just want her out of here. So tell me do you accept the deal” Rossi replied

Ethan whispered to Julian again. “I don't like her I just want to use her to get the throne so should I accept it”

"She is your mate and choice because you overlooked Hermia and chose her so accept the deal and let's go with her” Julian said

"Okay I accept the deal and right away we would take he how” Ethan said.

“Okay I would give her to you immediately” Rossi said

Lysander on one side was happy and on the other hand she was not. She was unhappy about the way she was sold like an animal to Ethan, but was happy because she thought that she could start a new life and would be loved by him. Ethan throwed a bag to Rossi and asked him to check it. Rossi carefully opened it and saw it was a bunch of coins.
