Skyscrapers, grand bridges, and bustling streets—it was a whole new world. When they arrived at the Zaal Estate, their jaws nearly hit the floor. The mansion was enormous, like something out of a royal fantasy. White marble walls stretched high into the sky, golden gates opened automatically, and a fountain the size of a swimming pool glittered in the courtyard. “Jesu! Is this a house or a government building?” Roberta gasped, gripping Aldea’s arm. Before anyone could answer, the massive double doors swung open. Four men stood waiting in the grand foyer, their presence filling the room with an undeniable intensity. William Zaal. Lexi’s mother’s younger brother. The wealthiest man alive. A mafia king hidden behind a billionaire’s mask.
