Raymond pushed the door open abruptly, only to meet the maidens gripping tightly unto Natalia while she struggles to break loose. The woman who seemed to be stronger than the maids was now soft enough for them to hold in their grip. Unbeknownst to him, the head maiden used magic to suppress Talia’s wolf strength.
He carefully observed the scene as he got closer, and then, they noticed his presence and quickly let go of her. “Alpha” the maidens all chorused at once, bowing their heads slightly as they greeted him. They were frightened about how he might react, knowing fully well that he caught them mistreating the woman.
