I woke up as the sun started to rise. This was nice, sleeping outside with Maverick, him spooning me, his nose nuzzled in under my ear with his warm breath blowing across my mark. He was right, the mark definitely had some magical properties. He barely had to graze over it and I would be wanting him. Perhaps that was part of the magic the pack discussed. I loved it and I was once again so glad I stayed and that Maverick finally marked me.
It was surprising that I was awake before Maverick. He decided to cancel training this morning because of the trial and must have decided to sleep in a little.
