I closed my eyes, trying my hardest to fall asleep, but I couldn’t. All I could think about was what had happened today. I was having such a good day with Hayden. It made me feel relaxed being in his presence. He was showing me around and you could see how proud he was to show me his pack. He was telling me everything that the pack does and how it works. All about how pack members work at the pack house, and inside the territory and even at his company or his fathers. Then my mind drifts back to that girl. Ruby.
