Neffi “Liam,” I yelled the moment I opened my eyes. My heart was racing a mile a minute and breathing was difficult; however, none of that matter, what mattered was Liam and making sure he was alright. My eyes then shifted towards the alarm clock that was sitting on my dresser that read 2AM. My body kept screaming at me to go back to sleep but my mind wouldn’t let me, not after what I had seen in that dream. Was it real? I didn’t know, if anything, it could have been my nerves getting to me, but that didn’t matter. As quickly I could, I threw myself out of bed and put on my slippers. The shoes were located right next to my bed, making them easy to locate. I then grabbed my robe that was on the back of a chair and ran out the room towards Liam’s. He’s fine. He’s fine, it was just a dream
