Chapter Five ISAAC He first spotted her leaving the arrivals hall, a small two-wheeled suitcase trailing along in her wake. The swing of her wide hips, the roll of her generous a*s, instantly snared his attention, and even though his luggage trundled past on the conveyor belt – and he saw it out of the corner of his eye – he paid it no attention. That woman… that woman was a shapeshifter! He knew it, from the way she walked, the strange animal-like certainty in her gait. He knew it from the way her brown eyes scanned the environment, peering into every nook and cranny, endlessly aware of her surroundings. The way her body hitched for just a moment at a far-away sound. The way her button-nose lifted every so often, as if to catch a scent. He knew it from the tension she held in her body,
