My Fated Love

Ep—1 Kim SungJoon is a 21-year-old guy, living his life alone in his apartment in NYC. He's an art college final year student. He's living away from his parents. His brother who was the Md of a Comic company was living in the same city too. As the days go by, Joon becomes cold and emotionless. Like every day, Joon was on his way to class, as he enters class, every girl was looking at him like always, their hearts going thumping, and the blush appears on their cheeks as they see him, it was a cool breezy day and that cool breeze was touching their faces and making them go red. Though he’s a cold guy, every girl falls for his looks. “Hey come, it’s already late,” says his best friend Maxie, who is the good-looking first ranker of his class. He holds Joon’s hand and runs into another class as he was in the wrong class. The girls get disappointed as he leaves the class. Joon was a popular guy that every girl ever wants to be his girlfriend, like that a girl named Natt was on his way from starting his journey in this college, As time goes, she eventually became to wait for him to accept her.   Joon, Maxie, and his girlfriend Amy were sitting next to each other and their teacher was splitting the project works they have to do for the final semester. As for Joon, the teacher gives him to develop the love comic with all the digital aspects. Maxie and Amy look at each other, as they know Joon can’t do love comics as he’s poor at love stories and good at thrillers, and even they can’t help him full comic. Joon was already disappointed with his alone life, now he’s more pressured by this project work.  As the college ends, Joon, Maxie, and Amy were on their way to their homes.  Maxie and Amy are the only persons with whom Joon can talk or laugh. As they keep on going, both Maxie, Amy, and Joon go in their ways.  And finally, Joon comes to his apartment, as he switches on the lights he feels the emptiness and silentness like his heart. The cold shower made him feel awake, as his hands run into his hair, his eyes were closed and the water was running through his face and he can feel his spine tremble. The clock ticking 9:27 pm feels like the heavy rain is about fall, while Joon was searching to cook something but remembers that he has to buy groceries. though he doesn’t wanna go now, his heart says him to go out and he leaves for the grocery shop.   It was almost 10 pm, usually, the streets will be so silent, but today it was different. Not everyone noticed but a few of them were passing by a grocery store murmuring about a girl getting teased by some rogues which were happening nearby.Joon heard those words but seems like he doesn't care about them. He starts walking in his way but changes his steps and walks by that street. In another frame, we see a girl named Cha Ji Eun was getting sexually teased by a group of rogues. As she's alone at this time, they were taking advantage of her. But still, she's trying to be brave just to get rid of them late at night. Joon enters the scene when the rogues are about to cross the line. To make her feel safe, Joon talks with her in a way to make those rogues think that someone is there for her. For a second he looks at those idiots and looks back at her “Why aren't you lifting the calls, I told you to come to that grocery shop” says Joon, shocked jieun replies “i-i tried to reach you, but I forgot the way and my phone has broken” in a slippery tone. “What's going on?” asks Joon to those idiots and scared idiots immediately leave the place. after a few minutes he spokes to her saying to “you have to leave this place which can be dangerous to a girl late at night on roads” and starts walking in his way, after a few steps he notices that someone is following him, as he looks back it’s her cha ji eun, he stops and asks why she's following him, she replies in a calm tone “I’ve no place to go”, he replies in a cold tone “so” and Jieun replies “c-can you provide me shelter and I’ll leave your apartment immediately tomorrow”, joon says “it's not appropriate to bring you home, as a girl how can u ask an unknown man to take you home?” questions joon, immediately she replies saying “y-you are the only person I know and whom I can trust, please help me with this” surprised joon still thinks to deny but his eyes noticies that those rogues were still watching them, and decides to provide her security, he stops a cab and they leave to his apartment. [AT HIS APARTMENT] Joon opens the apartment door and takes her luggage with him, as he calls her “come inside, and yeah that sofa u can have rest” as she listens to this she comes into the apartment and thanks him in excitement, he leaves with a cold expression. She unpacks her luggage and leaves for the washroom to freshen up with no surprised face. The clock is ticking at 2 am, Cold breeze from windows reaching Joon making his spine tremble, Joon was sitting on his bed and tapping his fingers each other, the silence has surrounded him which had him hear his own heartbeat. he was hesitating to go outside to have a look but with courage, he pushes himself out of his room with a blanket. As he comes out of the room, the living room curtains touch his face because of the cold breeze from the dining area, he notices that the whole living room has been filled with a cold breeze, as he walks further his eyes gazes at Jieun where she's struggling in sleep because of that cold Breeze. As Joon takes the blanket and covers her with his cold hands, his hands get to feel the warmth of her. Jieun immensely covers and falls into a deep sleep as her eyes are looking like she's still in search of something. Joon comes out of these thoughts the moment he hears hunger pangs from her and walks into the kitchen, he takes the ramen packet from cover and starts doing something for the moment in a pin-drop silent way. While tearing the ramen packet apart, his eyes look at her just to know that he's not disturbing her sleep. As time passes by, Jieun wakes up by Joon tapping her forehead. Jieun feels his cold fingers and warm vapor which makes her eyes open, Joon hands over the ramen bowl to her saying “have it before it gets cold, I think you haven't had a meal so did this.” which makes her heart thump and her stomach fly. Their surroundings are again filled with silence which makes them feel a little awkward, but both take courage and start a conversation and go back to awkwardness as they both spoke at a time. After a few bites of ramen, she says "Thank you for this meal", as he gets startled for a second and replies "Yup that's fine" with an awkward little smile and asks her  “Where's your interview?”, eating jieun replies ``wait lemme show you” and starts searching her handbags, but she couldn't find it and realizes that her bag was stolen in that cab while coming from the airport. Her eyes start to flow with tears, and he starts panicking and replies “Cool c-cool down, we can give a complaint to Cops and they will find your bag and passport ok” “are we really able to find it? like it was lost and if I can't find my passport I can't go for that interview, and I don't have cash or cards to live in hotels' ' jieun says this in a panicking way.  Joon calms her down by saying “stay here until u get your passport, and take that guest room. Don't worry you can be alright, first complete th—at.. Lemme warm the ramen and come” says Joon leaving the kitchen with a thumping heart. As time went by, both were standing on the balcony and watching the breeze turn into heavy rain. The rain was heavily pouring and a sprinkle of drops were everywhere, the rainy breeze was reaching them, Jieun's eyes were watching him with heartfelt thanks, and thanks him in her heart. A cat’s meow makes both looks back, the small white cat of him comes to him and Joon lifts him. Ji-eun was soo excited to meet him, as she runs her fingers into the cat’s little head it feels the petting and feels calm. As she’s petting the cat, Joon feels his heartbeat again, takes the cat into his room, and closes the door. Startled jieun sighs and gets back to her room and starts making her bed. In another frame, Joon was running his hands on his cat and thinking something deeply while watching the rain and thunder. That night ends with Jieun having her good sleep, and Joon having his heart saying that he's not alone.
