They blocked him from going out to the main gate by firing bullets to his car. Kil has no choice but to set fire on the car and immediately run towards the wall, throws the rope and use it to climb out  " Shoots him, don't let Kil get out of this house" shouted their mother while being suffocated by the smoke.  The whole Phantomhive residence was in chaos caused by the youngest son, maids and butler were having a hard time putting off the fire since it already burned nearly half of the front garden.
