SUNSET’S POV

“I think I’m going to faint anytime soon.” She looks at her best friend Ash, who is now laughing crazily at her.

They are now in her best friend's condo unit, and she is helping her to fix her things.

“Stop that, imagine? You are married to a business tycoon. Damn girl, he is hot and rich.” I think she saw a peso sign in her best friend’s eyes.

“You’re crazy. Never in my life did I see this coming. I am married to a person who I didn’t even know, and I don’t even love. My mom will surely kill me if she learns about this.”

“Tsk, stop thinking about this for now. Just enjoy staying at that mansion and I know you love kids. Sakura is a nice girl. Don’t worry about it,” her best friend assured her.

“Are you going with me? I am nervous about picking Sakura from her school.”

“No, your husband will be here any minute,” she answered, and she knew. She was blushing right now, remembering what happened at their wedding ceremony earlier. Well, if you consider that a ceremony.

FLASHBACK EARLIER

After Doc Ace told her that they would get married today, he just dragged her into a building near to a restaurant and now her soon-to- be husband is talking to a judge who she thinks is a close friend of his.

She saw that the judge was looking at her and looked back at Doc Ace and he smirked.

“Sunset come here.” Doc Ace calls and she quickly follows him.

“ Nice to meet you, Sunset. I’m Judge Del Rosario, one of Ace's friends. The judge said and she smiled timidly at him.

“Don’t be shy, Love. He is nice.” Her head moved quickly to look at Doc Ace. Shocked at what he calls her.

He just grinned at her.

“Tsk, love birds. It's nice to see love being sweet again, bro,” Judge Del Rosario said.

She just silently listened to them, afraid that she would mess up the whole plan.

“I was shocked when your fiancé called me and excitedly said that he wants to get married quickly today, and he wants to mark you now as Mrs. Carter. He told me there would be a church wedding, so don’t worry about it,” the judge added, and she just smiled at him.

“Sorry dude, she’s a shy type,” Doc Ace said as he wrapped his hand to her waist.

She gulped when she felt some electricity in his touch. She also felt nervous, but she didn’t show it, afraid that this judge would notice that they were just acting.

It was indicated in the contract that no one should know about it. He wants everyone to know that everything is legal, so she needs to act normal or else goodbye five hundred thousand per month.

So here they are, facing the judge together with some witnesses. Ash, her best friend, and Dash, Doc Ace's secretary, are with them too. What shocked her more was that there was a prepared ring for them, and she knew that she needed to take care of that because it looked so expensive.

“And I pronounce you husband and wife; you may now kiss the bride.” She was startled when she heard those words.

Her kissing the man who is now facing her? My god, this will be her first kiss.

She gulped when Doc Ace cupped her cheeks and slowly moved his face to her.

She tightly closed her eyes, and she gasped when she felt his lips to hers. It was so soft, slowly she opened her eyes when she felt that he pulled away, but their faces were still near to each other, and he didn’t even remove his hand on her face.

“D-Doc.” She whispered, but she was shocked when he kissed her again and by this time he had bite her lower lips.

“Opps, why are you blushing?” Ash teased, interrupting her thoughts.

“Me? I-Im not blushing.” She refused and looked away.

“Tsk, thinking about the kiss? Gosh, best friend. I didn’t even expect that. I thought it would be smack just, but oh my gosh, Doc Ace is so darn hot doing that to you.” Her best friend teased, which made her face get red even more.

“Stop it, it’s so embarrassing.”

“Tsk, girl, after that kiss, he even gives you a forehead kiss. My God, that was so sweet.” She said to her with excitement in her voice.

“Ash, remember we need to act. Though, I am so shy because that was my first kiss. So, stop with the tease that’s only for the contract. We need to act like a real husband and wife. Though we are legally married but not legally in love.”

“Tsk, you’re such a kill joy. Let my delusional win in the meantime, and besides, he is your type, right? Tall? Check, Dark? Check and Handsome? Check. Best friend, your dream guy is him.” She squealed.

Yeah, TDH is her type, but no, she will only be doing this for work.

“Tsk, stop it Ash, this is only for work. So, stop being delusional.”

Her best friend pouted at her, but she ignored her and looked at her things, but she saw her wedding ring.

“It looks so expensive, and it really fits my ring finger.”

“By the way, how much does this cost?” she asked, referring to the ring, and by the grins of her best friend she knew she would not like it.

“It cost 2 million,” She answered, which made her lose her consciousness.
