For a moment I froze, rooted to the spot and also bereft of words as I tried to wrap my head around Carlos's words. So he knew about it all along and refused to tell me? Goodness me, what am I even saying? He orchestrated all these without letting me know about it? I mean, how can he do this to me? Even though he happens to be the alpha here, doesn't he think my opinion matters or is it because I happen to be a little far away from him that's why he chose to make the decision on his own?
