Chapter 25: The Good Times“It’s the first day of summer!” Ash announced the next morning. She still kept track of the dates in her notebook. They usually walked during the day and slept at night now. Ash had everyone but Kevin take turns being the lookout. It was best to have two people keep watch at a time. She and Matt would take one turn, and Dayna and Jon-Allen would take the other.
