I hung up on Sara. She was right, I probably has something to show to her. I wasn't asking her out to apologize or even to discuss about fake papers that Jason showed me. I wanted her to see something which is hidden from her. I waited outside the cafe for half an hour but she didn't came. I was going to call her but then she showed up.
" You're late." I said.
" It's good enough I came." She replied coldly.
" Alright. Let's go inside."
I treated her very nicely but she was on her guard. As we found a spot to sit near the window. I started talking to her causally.
" I'm glad you're here."
" What do you want, Ethan ?"
" Me ? Nothing. I wanted to spend some time with you." I said as she smirks.
" Would you like to order ? Waiter." I asked.
The moment I was waiting for.....
" Two cold coffees. Please." I said.
" I don't want anything." She replied.
" Then why don't you ask her..... what they have to serve ?"
Sara looked at me then turned to waitress. She was shocked. Her eyes told me that she was shocked. So ,the information was correct ! Henry has told me that Giya worked in a cafe but she told others that she is working as receptionist in a hotel. Sara also didn't knew about this. So I called her here to see if the information was correct.
" Oh my God ! Giya ! You work here ?" I asked.
" Giya...." said Sara.
She looked at me. I gave her my smile.
" Did you enjoy this evening ? I'm having a lot of fun. This place is nice. I should come more often." As soon as I said this , Sara got up from her chair.
" If you leave...... Adam's gonna be in trouble." I said.
She looked at me with anger then walked off.
SARA
I walked away from Ethan but he stopped me by obstructing my way.
" Why are you in so much hurry ?" He asked.
" Do you think it's a joke ? Do you think we are your toys ? Do you think you can do anything to me and I would let you go ?" I said.
" Ahhhh ! Why ? Why are you girls are sooo dramatic ?" He said.
" Ethan , let me remind you this...... If you have a problem with me then do whatever you want to do to me BUT don't drag my sister into this ! It would be bad."
" Do you think you can scare me so easily ?"
" You would see that tomorrow."
I turned to leave but he holded my wrist and said. " Then I guess Adam has to suffer a lot because of you and your cabinet."
I faced him and replied " Do you think only you can file legal cases ? I can do that to you too. If I do so , then you're dead. I'll make sure to take you to court. Because it's seems like you have no idea about punishment given by court for bullying in the school."
I set my hand free and walked off. I reached home and straight away went to my room. I was sad because Giya lied to me.
GIYA
I left my work in the middle and went after Sara. I knew she was sad because I didn't told her that I was working in a cafe. As soon as I reached home. I went to her room and found her sitting on the bed with books open but she wasn't studying. I walked to her and sat down next to her.
" Are you angry with me ?" I asked.
" No." She replied sadly.
" I know you are angry with me."
" Who am I to get angry on you ?" She shouted.
" You're my sister."
" Am I ? If I am you sister then why did you lie to me about working as a receptionist ?"
" Sara, I lied to you because I know you were against working part time jobs. If I told you that I worked as waitress in a cafe..... then you won't let me work over there."
" Yeah ! Because I don't want anyone ordering my sister around. Only I have that authority !"
" I know..... but don't you want your sister to learn lessons of life ?"
She nodded and asked sadly " But why did you lie ? I never lied to you. Then why did you lie to me ?"
" Okay. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. You don't want me to work over there, right ? Okay then, I won't work over there and I'll find a new job. Happy ?"
" Did you lie to mom , too ?"
" Uhhh... yes."
" I'LL KILL YOU ! WHY DID YOU LIE TO MOM ? " She screamed as she chased me around the house.
ETHAN
So I found a new weakness of Sara. Her sister. She would die for her. So If I have to break Sara then I have to target her sister. I got an amazing idea to target her sister. Next day, Giya was in one of my classes. After class , I stopped her from leaving the class.
" What is it ?" She asked.
" Nothing. But I'm sure you know how much I like to trouble your sister. All your life , you would be happy because you have a sister like Sara but NOT ANYMORE..... because from this very moment you would regret having her as sister."
" Do you think you can boss around people ?" She said.
She was leaving the class when Daniel pulled her inside with such a great force that she fell down.
I bended down to her " This scene seems to be my favourite when you and your sister fall down on ground like this. She even got hurt , I hope you didn't ! Because I want a lot of things done from you. You work as a waitress, right ? Then how about you get a coffee ?"
SARA
I got a text on fitbit " Giya's in trouble. Come to art class." I ran over there and found my sister on ground and Ethan was talking to her. He saw me enter the classroom.
" Oh ! Look who's here ? The Headgirl. I wanted to see how fast you can run if you came to know about your sister being in trouble."
" YOU ARE REALLY A DEVIL , ETHAN !" I screamed.
" Why ? You felt bad that I played around with your sister." He said with a smirk.
" You know what ..... I'm done with you. Anyways , you are already a trouble to school."
Jason came running inside and said " Giya, You're fine ? Ethan , How long we have to put up with you ?"
I went to Ethan and whispered " You wanted to see what I can do , right ? I'll show you. This is a perfect time."
I holded his wrist and took him to principal's office.
ETHAN
Sara took me to principal's office. The whole cabinet was called along with Giya and Adam. She reported everything that I had did in the school. My father was called in the office. I silently stood there and constantly stared at Sara but she never looked at me. She was really angry. Once my father arrived , the principal told him everything.
" Mr. Clifton, Ethan is creating trouble for the students here. He bullies them and also threaten them not to report it to me. His marks aren't that good either. I'm afraid we have to expel him." Said the Principal.
" No , Sir. I really take full responsibility for his behaviour. But please , don't expel him. He'll improve in his studies and behaviour as well." Said my Dad.
" Mr. Clifton , I don't want to expel him ..... but your son is harming everyone physically. Our former Headgirl has left her post because of his behaviour towards her. And now, our current Headgirl has also complained about him. If he goes around hurting people, I'm afraid some parents will take actions against him."
" Please , Sir . I guarantee ----" Sara cut him off.
" Sir , why don't we give him a chance ? Don't expel him. If you want you can suspend him for 20 days." Said Sara.
" Sara , but---" said Principal.
" Sir , I believe he should get a chance to change himself . And Mr. Clifton has promised that he will improve in his studies as well as behaviour."
After a lot of thought over this matter , the Principal finally said " Okay . Ethan , you'll be suspended for 20 days. I hope you can change yourself in these 20 days. Class tests will be beginning very soon but you won't be allowed to take it. I'll take note of your semester marks. If they are good, I'll let him stay here and along with that you shouldn't cause trouble for the school."
Finally , we came out of principal's office. My dad was grateful to Sara for whatever she did inside. I and my dad was about to leave when Sara called out to me.
" ETHAN !"
I went to her and stood in front of her.
" When you bullied my sister..... I was really angry but then I won't have liked it if your father suffered because of you. Whatever I said inside..... was not for showing how great I am ... but I really meant those things. I hope you change yourself in these 20 days and meet me again as a ..... as a good and caring Ethan. And not evil Ethan."
She walked away with her cabinet. I can tell the cabinet was happy for making principal suspend me for 20 days.
KAI
The whole school was talking about Ethan being suspended for 20 days. I was looking for Sara who was the star of our school and found her in canteen with other cabinet members. I went to them and talked sweetly.
" Hey , Everyone ! Do you mind if I join you ?"
" Not at all ! " replied Omo happily.
I pushed Zack aside who was sitting next to Sara and sat down next to her. She was giving a fake smile.
" Sara ! I'm proud of you ! You did the right thing ! Ethan deserves it ! You taught him a good lesson. I LOVE YOU !" I said loudly.
Everyone including Sara screamed " WHAT ?"
I smiled and replied " I mean everyone would love her for that , right ?"
Zack replied " Yeah ! Yeah ! You gave me a shock by saying that."
Sara said " I'll get something to eat."
She got and went to get some food. I followed her over there.
" Who told you to say that ?" She whispered angrily.
" I'm just making sure that whoever likes you in this campus comes to know that they have to compete with me."
" Very nice ! But you can say that somewhere else. Why you have to say it in front of my sister ?" She asked.
" Oh Yeah ! Your sister ! Should I introduce myself to her as her future Brother-in-law ?"
" What ?" She asked.
" That's a good idea ! Giya !" I started walking.
Sara stopped me and whispered " Please ! Please ! Please ! Don't ! Don't ! Don't do that please."
" Okay. I won't ! But on one condition. "
" What condition ?"
" I'll follow you everywhere so I can spend most of the time with you. And if sometime we are stranded then you should text me the location. And I'll be there."
" Huh ? Follow me everywhere ? Are you crazy ? I got a lot things to do."
" Okay. Then Giya ! "
" NO ! NO ! NO ! PLEASE ! PLEASE !" She pleaded.
" Okay then. Deal ?" I said extending my hand.
She holded my hand and replied " Deal
