KAI

I was called in principal's office with my mom. We stood there in silence as the principal told us the real reason behind my call in his office.

" Mrs. Ralston, do you know your son ranked last in the list ?" Asked principal.

" Yes, I knew about it. Kai doesn't hide anything from me." Replied my mom.

" Good. Then tell me what should I do ? With such marks, I'm afraid I have to fail him."

" No, Sir. Don't do that ! I'm sure Kai will study. He's just too much outside these days. He will concentrate on his studies."

" Mrs. Ralston..... It's not like I don't believe in your words but I'm doubtful about his future."

" Sir, please give us another chance. I'm sure Kai will get good marks in the coming exams. What are you standing here for ? Tell your principal that you'll do your best in this exams."

" Yeah, Sir. I guess I only need some good guidance to do well in exams. Because I'm already a good student." I said but principal was still not satisfied.

" I will give him chance. If he scores well." Said principal intensely.

" Sir, I think Sara can give me good guidance." I said.

" Sara ? But she's so caught up in school work. How will she give you time ?" Asked principal.

" Don't worry about that , sir. Sara will agree to tutor me. In fact, I already talked about it to her."

" Alright". Sara was called in principal's office and as expected my mom pounced on her.

" Sara, please tutor Kai. He needs some really good guidance." Said my mom.

She was taken aback but regain herself and said " But why me ? I mean, Jason is 1st in the rank. Shouldn't he tutor him ?"

" No ! No ! Not at all ! Jason is... is .... busy with school work." I said.

" So am I, Kai." Sara said with a fake smile.

" But you are my friend. He isn't ! I'll feel uncomfortable." I replied.

" That's good ! Because if you will study with him then you will develop a new friendship with him." Sara justified.

" I DON'T WANT TO DO IT !" I screamed.

" Then--"

" SILENCE , EVERYONE! " shouted our principal.

We quietly stood there after realizing that we were in principal's office.

" Mrs. Ralston, Kai is your son. So you decide what do you want for your son ?" Said our principal.

" I....want Sara to tutor him. I want Kai to study with a person with whom he is comfortable." Replied my mom. I was so happy with her decision.

" Alright. Sara, I want you to help Kai in his studies. I don't want you to be a bad influence on him. So you will not completely help him because he also has to put in his efforts. You will just guide him. Is that clear ?"

" Yes, Sir." Sara replied.

I , my mom and Sara stepped out of the principal's office.

" Thank you, Sara. I have full faith in you. I'm sorry. If you are forced to do this. But I'm a mother, I want my child to be excellent in everything."

" No , Mrs. Ralston. It's perfectly fine. I can understand your state. I'm sure Kai will give you better marks in his next exams."

When mom left us , I turned to Sara and said sweetly pulling her cheeks " Awww !!! Look at my girl ! She already started impressing !"

" Ow ! What do you mean impressing?" She asked.

" Can't you make out ? My mom already liked you. You did a good job, wife !"

" Wait ! What do you call me ?"

" I said ' wife '. Since I made your first impression look pretty good in front of my mom. Don't you think you should thank me with a kiss ?" I said pouting my lips and closing my eyes. But when I opened them again, I saw her walking away. I shouted " Hey ! Wait ! Wait for me !"

JASON

I wanted to meet Sara and she told me that she was studying in library. So I went to library only to find her engrossed in book. I quietly walked to a grab a book so I can sit down next to her. I was searching for a book when I heard few boys whispering.

" I swear , this time the Headgirl is pretty hot !"

" I know. She is pretty hot ! She looks damn hot in our school uniform. That skirt shows her gorgeous legs."

" Oh god ! I would love to date her !"

I coughed loud enough for them to notice me. I walked back to Sara and told her to sit inside as I'll sit on the chair outside. I removed my blazer and put it on Sara's lap to cover her legs.

" Why are keeping your blazer on my lap ?"

" I couldn't find a place to keep it. So I kept it on your lap."

She went back to her book and I turned towards to those boys. They were looking in our direction. I pointed towards my legs and signalled them " Here ! Look at my leg ! "

I couldn't tolerate them looking at Sara so I forgot the reason why I wanted to talk to Sara. Later, I got a chance to take her out in recess before Kai could find her. I took her to nearby café. And told her about my problem.

" Sara, I think Giya has a lover."

" What ? You mean , there are other guys approaching my sister ! WOW !!!! My sister is the belle of the school." She said happily.

" What kind of friend you are ? You know, I like your sister !" I objected.

" Yeah, I know that you like my sister but .... with this pace of yours, even snail would be considered as fast." She criticized.

" Hey ! Don't question my ability ! I can be as fast as cheetah ! It's just ....."

" Yeah, right there ! Right there ! Your cheetah's pace turn into snail's. You know, my sister is really precious to me. So I won't force her to like you."

" But at least, keep her away from those guys !" I pleaded.

" Nope. I won't do that ! If my sister wants to date you then she will date you. But if she wants to date other guys then I won't stop her from doing it."

" HEY ! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU TODAY ? ARE YOU ON HER SIDE OR MINE ?" I shouted.

" Her's." She replied calmly.

" Sara, you are betraying me !"

" Jason, tell me one thing. If you are too shy to tell my sister that you like her then obviously other guys who are not as shy as you will approach her. So is it your fault or someone's else ?"

I know it was my fault so I kept quiet. She continued to eat. As we left the café, I saw Omo outside the café at a distance.

SARA

We just left the café and Jason stopped me.

" What is it ?" I asked.

" Isn't that Omo ?" He asked.

I looked the way he was pointing at. It was Omo.

" Yeah, so ?"

" What is he doing here ?" He asked.

" Must be out with someone." I said looking at Omo talking to someone.

" That girl seems be from our school. She's wearing the uniform of our school."

" So what ? Let's go !" I said.

He caught my hand and pulled me back.

" Nobody is going anywhere. Let's see who's the girl. He always threatened me to tell Giya about my feelings so I can use this as a backfire technique."

We stood there hiding from Omo's view. We heard their conversation through which we got to know that Omo was out with his girlfriend. I honestly never knew about this and I guess even Jason didn't knew about Omo's girlfriend.

" Baby, it's such a long time. You haven't kissed me yet ! Last night, you said you were busy so I didn't disturbed you. But I missed you so much." Said the girl.

" Aww !!! Look at my baby ! Ain't you getting greedy ? Huh ?" Said Omo smirking and switched place with his mysterious girl. When the girl was visible to us. I saw her and got the shock of my life. I couldn't move due to this shock. The girl was Lexi. Lexi , who's totally different from Omarian is dating him.

" Bae, Give me a kiss ! Otherwise I'll tell everyone about us !"

" Okay, naughty girl." He leaned towards her.

I was about to scream when Jason turned me the other side covering my mouth and eyes with each of his hands. We stood there like that in silence. I was not moving and neither Jason. We heard Omo and Lexi walked past us. Too busy to notice us. Jason removed his hands. I turned to him and asked " Did you saw that ?"

" No." He replied.

" Then why did you covered my eyes ?"

" I... I can't let you see something inappropriate."

" That wasn't inappropriate ! Even small kids do it." I said being embarrassed.

" Yeah. So what ? I was only blocking your view because I know you didn't want to see their kiss."

" Yeah. I didn't want to." I replied.

" From now on , I will cover your eyes whenever you don't want to see something which you shouldn't see."

I nodded and asked " So what should we do now ?"

" I think we should act normal. Like .... like nothing of this happened. We didn't saw them doing .. uh ..... whatever you got it, right ?"

I nodded. It was pretty AWKWARD for both of us to see them talking like that. I followed his order and we acted as if nothing happened. We might have just walked a few steps when both of us turned towards each other and screamed in one voice " AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!! "

" DID YOU SEE THAT ?" I screamed.

" NO ! I DIDN'T !" He shouted.

" LET'S ASK THEM ABOUT IT !"

" YEAH !" He replied.

OMARIAN

I was sitting with the rest of the group in the school canteen. When Sara and Jason stepped inside. They walked in a huff.

" LEXI , WE GOT TO TALK !" She said being hyper.

" What is it ?" Lexi asked.

Jason whispered something in Sara's ear and then Sara said sweetly with a smile.

" Lexi , we got to talk."

" Omo, you too. Come along." Jason said.

We walked quietly outside after Sara got rid of Kai who was following her. We stopped in the garden. We were paired out like me with Lexi and Jason with Sara.

" What's going on ?" Sara asked.

" What ?" I asked.

" You are dating her ?" Said Jason pointing towards Lexi.

I was taken aback. How come they know about this ? We never told anybody yet. How come they knew about my relationship with Lexi ?

" You better tell us the truth, Lexi." Said Sara.

" Uh, yeah. I'm dating Lexi. I would really appreciate it if you won't tell anyone about it. If it spreads across the school that we are dating then Lexi's father would take actions against us." I said.

" It's okay. We understand." Replied Sara.

" Why ? Why are you doing this to me ? " asked Jason.

" What did he did ?" Lexi asked.

" Didn't you said I won't date anyone until I get my Giya ?" Jason said sadly.

" Ohh, brother ! What can I do ? She is just too irresistible !"

" Awwww , baby !"

" Hey ! Hey ! Stop it !" Sara ordered.

" Alright . But what's the big deal in it ?" Asked Lexi.

" You guys...... are seriously dating ? It's just weird that you both are together." Replied Sara.

" How could you guys date ? When I haven't even told Giya about my feelings." Cried Jason.

" What feelings ?" Asked Lexi.

" Uh , nothing ! Let's go , Jason ! Let's leave them alone !" Said Sara pulling Jason away.

" What feelings ?" Lexi asked me.

" Bae, forget it ! They both just talk anything out of blue. " I said changing the subject.

ZACK

I was walking towards my lit. Class when I saw Lexi struggling with a chart on the notice board. I went to help her.

" Here, let me do it for you !"

I put the chart on the board and asked " What is it ?"

" Oh , I suggested to dad that to create harmony in the school. One must appreciate each other in any way. So you can write about them and still be anonymous."

She removed a marker from her coat and wrote about the whole cabinet and praised each person separately.

" You wanna try ?" She asked giving me the marker.

" Yeah, sure."

I too, wrote about the cabinet and principal and teachers. There was still big space left.

" What do you think ? When will it fill completely?" Asked Lexi.

" It might take some time. But I guess it will fill up soon."

After the lit. Class, my boys' gang was in cabinet room when Jason stepped in. He was pretty annoyed.

" Guys, I need your help." He said urgently.

" What happened ?" Asked Omo.

" I think Sara is on Giya's side. She is refusing to help me."

" What kind of help ?" Asked Kai.

" On confessing to Giya. Sara , didn't told you ?" Jason asked.

" Oh, yeah. She did told me about it."

" I don't know what to do !" Cried Jason.

" It's such a simple matter." Said Kai calmly.

" What ? Simple ? It's the most difficult thing I have ever done !"

" Jason, all you need is guidance." Kai said confidently.

He walked up to Jason and putting his arm around his neck. He said " Look ! It's simple ! Giya and Sara are sisters."

" So ?" Jason questioned.

" See ? If you notice Giya carefully then you'll know she is a very simple girl and doesn't hold any grudges against anyone, right ?"

" Right."

" According to my survey on girls , Good girls like bad boys. So all you have to do is become bad." Said Kai confidently.

" Bad boy ? Kai, I'm the Headboy of this school. I cannot do anything bad."

" When am I saying do something bad ? See ! If you start being a little bit bad then Giya will like you. I'll explain it. How ? See, Giya and everyone over here has a ' Good boy ' image of your's. So if you do something different from what you usually do then it will attract her towards you. A good girl wants a bad boy who will bad just for her."

" Are you sure ?" Asked Jason.

" Yep. I'm sure. And by bad, I mean tease her or irritate her in a good way which won't offend her and at the same time you'll make her fall in love."

" Are you sure it will work ?" Jason asked again.

" Dont worry. I tried it a lot of times. It works." Replied Kai.

" What do you mean by that ? Hey ! You are not just fooling around with my best friend ? Right ? "

" Obviously not. I really love her. I meant, before I met Sara , the girls I have dated there I tried this technique on them."

" Alright. Then Jason start being a bad boy. We have Omo and Kai in our team, the womanizer. We will definitely win against Sara and Giya. If you need expert advice come to both of them." I said.

" Okay." Said Jason nervously.

SARA

After school, Kai readily waited for his study session. He was expecting me to teach me. But I turned the tables on him. I took him to Giya and replaced Jason with Kai. Now Giya will teach him after school and Jason will not slack off like that in the name of studying. I pulled ' The Heartbroken ' Jason away from Giya. I continued to do my social work.

" Alright, I get it ! You are not helping me to confess my feeling to your sister but at least don't seperate us like that !" Shouted Jason.

" I'm doing it because I don't have time to guide Kai through his studies so I told Giya to help me. And anyway, being the Headboy it's your duty to do your social work. You were slacking off these days so now you got to return to your work." I said annoyingly.

" What happened to you , Sara ? Why are you suddenly acting this way ? I'm your best friend." He said emotionally.

" Look ! You are not doing any progress on confessing to my sister. I got to move on then to other guys who stand a chance."

" YOU---" He was going to say something but suddenly he calmed down because he received a text.

" Okay. Fine. You don't want to help me then don't do it." He said smiling and pulling my cheeks. Then he went off to do his work. He was happy after that..... I was pretty confused. What was reason behind his sudden change in behaviour ?
