There was a long pause as Kelvin’s mind flew in all directions in alarm. He hated being pressurized this way but the steady look on Mr. Chuks face told him that there was nothing he could say to plead for an extension. “Okay, sir,” Kelvin said finally. “Good. What I want to hear. The data from John’s Leather Works would come in sometime this morning. I will send it to your mail. Be alert and start work immediately you leave my office. Good day, Mr. Kelvin,” Mr Chuks said dismissively, his eyes still on Kelvin. Kelvin nodded and stood.
