We as roommates

You know what’s the real hell. When you come home after a tiring day and at home you see the worst person you ever saw is sitting in the couch, crunching on the popcorn, and watching the worst movie with a volume that made the whole flat tremble.

Yashoda was facing that. She saw him sit on the couch, and he was leaning on her favourite plushie doll. And spilling the popcorn down, and seriously this has been the worst that ever happened on this week.

Its been one week, since they have been roommates together. And today a fight much worse than world war broke between them.

She walked so fast into the room, her handbag swinging, and she turned off the switch of the television.

“What the f…” he didn’t finish it, because she was literally glaring at him.

“What are you even thinking, if you watch tv all day, I can’t pay for the current that I haven’t even used.”

“Ahh with this woman, oh come on you use the water so much. You used all the water in the morning, I couldn’t take a proper bath”

She pinched her nose, “eww god!!!”

He looked at her so offended “look woman!! I don’t smell like s**t!! But god your laundry, f**k that really smells like s**t”

She clearly got offended and said “Oh who asked you to put your nose on my laundry” she hit him with the logic.

He said “I dont have to, because it smells worse than a garbage”

She went and shut her door, he thought she retreated, but she went inside his room, and dragging his suitcase and to put it outside.

Sensing it, he blocked her and asked “are you mad”

“Move away!!!” She pushed the suitcase with too much of strenght, actually she is carrying the weight too much. He looked at her struggling, he casually leaned near the sofa and mocked her with a cute voice “look how adorable you look”

She glared at him. Being provoked she took his clothes and stuff and threw them on the bed. He said “I dare you!!! Put it in…”

She came so close to him “or you do what!!!”

He saw that smirk on her lips, he closed his eyes, “be happy that you are a woman, else I would’ve punched you”

She smirked more, “oh you are a mysognistic then Adithya!!!”

He looked pretty offended and he corrected her “its Aditha not Adithya… there is no y!!!” He muttered with himself “f**k!! With this woman”

“I can hear you… I am taking the room, you live on the living room”

“No way!! I want the room”

She glared at him “I need privacy as a woman!! So since you are so considerate about being a woman, I am taking the room”

He looked at her eyes, that was challenging him, and those lips of her curved to sly smile. Right now, he really wants to put a bucket on her head. But he can’t so he did it on his imagination.

“I am lending you!!! I am giving it as a sacrifice”

“Look at the face doing sacrifice” she mocked.

She walked to the room. And set the things. Clearly the hate between each other is so true.

But her job was doing so fine. Today she got a new project where she storyboard a new series that’s going to be telecasted. And she is so happy about that.

She found the job she loved she is so f*****g happy about that. The new job gave her a freedom and also a happiness that was deep etched inside.

Only thing that bothers her now is the room, she didn’t even expect this. She was so angry that she is being cheated. The money that she took from loans. All went totally waste. She felt so bad.

She walked out of the room and she said “we should file a complaint”

He asked what, she elaborated“we should file a complaint. About the money and the broker, Who cheated us”

He looked at her and said “you are late, I asked my friend to find him. I am not giving a police complaint”

“Why?? we need to handle this legally I want my money”

“If you go to police, you manage the expenses of going to police. Look do you have any idea…” he licked his lips and said “if you go to police, it will take lot of time. And I am not ready for that, I know a friend who will find him very sooner”

“Oh really!!! Genius total genius” she said with raising her eyebrows. Clearly super angry.

And he said “you clearly dont want any peace dont you??? Go ahead do what your dumb brain wants”

She got so angry “ dont you dare call me dumb!! Thats not an easy money, I literally sacrificed everything for it”

There was a heavy turmoil between two of them, that raising in the heat. “Go ahead do it!! You give the complaint not me. You dont even listen right”

He looked at her, there was worry in her eyes, he didnt want to escalate the situation. He went to his room, so that things can calm down a bit.

The hands on the clock moved, its been two hours since then, she was sitting in the living room, he walked towards her, “hey!! We both are in the same situation, once we find that bastard, both our problem will be solved”

She didnt say anything, she just saw him. And he took sometime “ i am sorry for calling you dumb”

She got from the weary couch and said “ I want my money back” she took a deep breath “that’s it”
