Chapter 13 Tonight was destined to be his own battle.

"Please don't report, don't report. Don't ban my account, don't ban."

"Tch, after I rescue those two kids, their parents will have to thank me properly!"

Muttering to himself, Adam ran downstairs in his combat uniform.

He calmed his emotions, looking at the dark street scene and the lights, and closed his eyes.

"I've swum through the moat; they can't be hiding in the water either."

Diana frowned deeply and shook her head, "Impossible, the Acolytes wouldn't kidnap two kids for no reason."

"They must be here for a reason, and if they've taken the kids, it's for a ritual, which means they're still here!"
