My Cursed Alphas

Chapter 14

Ethan POV

I woke up to sunlight shining in my eyes. I looked over to the left side of the bed, but Kyra was already gone. Where, I have no idea. I got out of bed and went to the bathroom for a shower. When I was done, I put my jeans on. Kyra must still be wearing my t-shirt because it was nowhere to be found. I was about to leave the hotel room when someone banged on my door. My brother was on the other side.

"What do you need?" I asked as soon as I saw him. Is eyes were bloodshot and there were bags underneath them. 

"Sleep. I need sleep, a*shole. Thanks to you and Kyra, last night all I got was feelings and images through our stupid mate bond." He grumbled out, his voice cracking.

"Well, she isn't here. When you find her, complain to her. Not me. It's not me and you that have the bond we're tied to her." I said, feeling kinda bad for basically throwing Kyra under the bus.

"Where the hell is she? You just let her leave, after what happened yesterday?" He said, visibly pissed off.

"How was I supposed to stop her? I was asleep you f***ing i***t! What the f**k do you want me to do, huh?" I yelled at him, losing a grip on my anger. 

He shook his head, "How the hell would I know? She hates me more than you anyways. You, the man that killed her best friend in front of her face and forced her to reject you, and all I did was lie to her. But, I guess what you did was more honest and she probably hates lies more anyways..." He rambled.

I just rolled my eyes, but in my head, my wolf and I were thinking.

Where the hell is our mate?

Kyra POV

I woke up before Ethan, so I took a quick shower and dressed back in his t-shirt before leaving the hotel. Someone had brought our clothes back from the laundry, but I didn't feel like dressing in the torn dress. I put on Ethan's boxers and my underwear before walking into the hallway. I had some cash from yesterday and I planned on getting some clothes. I went into a*****e owned by a local pack and they set me up with everything that I needed, considering I was an Alpha and a luna to two other Alphas'. 

I changed in the store's bathroom, I put on a pair of destroyed faded jeans, a destroyed kiss t-shirt, a bra, some socks, and a pair of white chucks. I had purchased a hairbrush, toothbrush, and some toothpaste as well and took care of that while I was in there. I walked out of the bathroom and thanked the girls at the counter as I left. Strangely, I felt panic, anxiety, and worry as well as anger coming from Ethan and Adrian.

I rushed back to the hotel to find them in the lobby. Adrian was dressed in the same clothes from yesterday while Ethan was wearing only his jeans. I handed him his shirt and boxers.

"Sorry, I had nothing else to wear." I apologized, but they just stared at me in disbelief.

"What? Do I have toothpaste on my face or something?" I asked, my eyebrows scrunching up.

Ethan shook his head and walked back to the elevator. Adrian hugged me quickly before heading outside. 

What is wrong with them?

They are your mates Kyra, and on top of that, they are alphas'. Alphas are extremely protective and dominating. You should know, you are an alpha. Just think of how you are, and multiply it by a thousand.

I gaped at my wolf internally. Before I could respond to her, Ethan called out from the elevator,

"Are you coming or what?" I seemed irritated, but he almost always was.

I nodded and jogged over. The doors closed behind me. Our room was on the top floor and before we could reach it, he pushed the emergency stop button.

He turned towards me and pushed me up against the wall, pinning me there with his body.

"Please, please, at least leave a note next time okay? You were attacked last night and after the night we had, I feel more protective over you so, please..." He seemed genuinely upset. I didn't think he could show this much emotion, considering the curse and everything. 

"I'm sorry," I said and then berated myself, I never apologize to anyone. What the hell is wrong with me? 

He put his forehead to mine and our noses were touching. 

I felt his lips press against mine, instantly making me want more. I threw my arms around his neck and kissed him back, hungrily. He met my passion with more of his own. He had one leg between mine and I could feel his attentive member wanting more. I pushed the emergency stop button again to get us going and the elevator dinged when we got to our floor. I turned around and walked out of the elevator back to our room when Adrian was suddenly behind me.

"I thought you left?" I said to him, but it sounded more like a question.

"No, I just needed to give directions to a human man about my car before we left. Why?" He asked, but I never got to answer. I fell to the floor, clutching my stomach. My body was on fire and all I wanted to do was ease the pain. 

Ethan ran over to where I was and he picked me up about to take me into the hotel room, when he smelled me. He looked to his brother and they spoke at the same time.

"She is in heat."
