The next morning I wake up late my eyes puffy and an empty bottle of Frangelico on my bedside table, I grab my phone turning it on and it went off buzzing I looked at the time 2pm “f*****g hell…” I sit up and my head is pounding “Nope” I lay back down and check my messages twenty messages and thirty missed calls

I groan and get up before Tanya breaks my door, and there she is standing there with pills water and juice “Oh my god girl” I step back and shut the door behind me locking it again, she places the goodies down on my bedside table she looks me over “Oh my god, he hurt you last night what happened??” I start at her “This is nothing, its what he did to this” I placed my hand over my heart “f*****g asshole, I saw him finger f*****g some mangy slut wolf… and he had the cheek to say it wasn’t what it looked like, so I let the bomb drop about the last holidays and I dropped his ass to the ground so that was great” she looked at me her eyes wide and her mouth open ready to catch flies “I…I’m speechless but so proud but that f*****g dog” I smile at her “Well now that’s not all I just turned my phone on and the messages from him, I’m going to reply but to f**k off… his trying to justify that it was ok because I do it… I do it only when I’m desperate enough because I’m a f*****g succubus, not because I can… I need those pills now… did you want to go out on the boat today… go swimming away from everyone?” she smiles at me “I’m so proud of you and of course lets get you ready and lets go” I take the pills with water and then a glass of juice, I go put on my mini shorts and sports crop top “His not here still?” as I’m about to open the door “I don’t think so… I wasn’t looking I didn’t realise what had happened” I smile “It’s ok” I open the door to find him standing there “We need to talk” I raise a brow “About what??” he sighs “You know what..” I turn and look at Tanya “I’ll meet you down there, this wont take long..” she hesitates for a moment “Ok babes” she looks at Dimitri her eyes glowing as a growl emits from her throat “Don’t even think of pulling rank right now” she hisses before walking pass him. And this is NOT FROM s*x!!!” by the end of my rant I was shouting, he just stood there letting me yell at him “What else, oh stop treating me like a child and the lying Dimitri… I caught you and you still say it wasn’t what it looked like… so what your hand fell into her f*****g p***y, last time I checked its almost impossible… oh and the time what you both fell in bed and became magically naked and your c**k in her p***y too…oh hang on that’s the same woman??” realization began to fall on me “That’s even f*****g worse DIMITRI!!!” he looked at his shoes before looking up at me “You finished?” he asked, I blinked at him “What, what do you have to say that could change all this… I told you we need a break!!” he sighed “I don’t f**k around… she’s a mistake it was all a mistake… I realize that and I’m sorry for hurting you baby please moya lyubov give me another chance…” his voice begging me, my heart ached for him “I need time to think Dimitri… don’t my love me bullshit you need to keep out of my way if your staying here don’t look or talk to me… I need to think about ‘us’ and I suggest you do the same” and with that I walked out of my room and run down to the boat house, I jump into the boat with Tanya and drive out onto the lake away from the house, I look back and can see Dimitri standing there with Ragnor and my brothers I slow down for a moment looking at Dimitri and flip him my middle finger before speeding off Tanya laughing her head off “Oh babes I’m so in love with you right now” I laugh as well it did actually feel really good, the wind blowing through my hair the sun shining down on us we finally get to the middle of the lake away from everyone “Well I’m jumping in to a fresh restart” I climb to the front of the boat and dive in swimming down for a small while before coming back to the surface and up pops Tanya, we swim around for a while and splash each other before jumping out of the water I dry myself off a little and grab my phone another message I open my phone “Oh s**t!” Tanya comes up behind me “What?” I look at her and smile “I forgot to reply to my mystery man annnnnd tell you something about last night let me reply” I look back at my messages ‘l’amour please let me know you’re ok I’m worried..’ ‘I’m so sorry I didn’t reply I had my phone off and then I may of only woken up at 2 it was a rough night… but I’m ok, I called it off with him…’ I wait a few moments and his reply comes through ‘you did…well as long as that makes you happy l’amour...’ I blink ‘if it makes me happy… I did and … does not matter’ I turn my phone off again and put it on a chair “Well I saw him last night… I touched his hand he was right there…” Tanya looks up at me from her phone “What WHAT seriously?!” she puts her phone down “Did you get to find out his name?!” I shake my head “It was a like two ships in the night just passing, it was like crackling electricity or molten lava dripping over my body from such a small touch…” “hold up what your saying is what we werewolves call mates… but you’re not a werewolf you’re a succubus … I’m confused...” I shrug “I know so am I” all of a sudden, I hear jet ski’s coming “For fucksake…hold on” I jump over to the drivers steering wheel and we speed off  further up the lake, there is an island in the middle of our huge lake so I slip us behind there “Ok hopefully they will give up jump onto the island and tell me how many jet ski’s you can see or hear” she does as I’ve asked and gets close to the other side but out of sight them “Four there is four of them” “Ok come on I know of another spot” she runs and jumps back in and we take off to another area so we are covered by tree’s, I sit down and look at Tanya “Why can’t we have anytime to ourselves…” I closed my eyes hearing them getting closer and closer  “f**k it” I turn the boat back on and roar it to life with electronic beats playing we surge out of our hiding place and spring out behind them before taking off back to the house. They chased after us Tanya laughing watching them as the waves from the boat caused them to go airborne “WOOHOOO” they were loving it, I looked back and saw Dimitri fixated on me before I turned my head and looked back in front of me. Finally making it back to the boat house I put the boat back in, Tanya and I walk back up to the house but go and lay on the sun lounge chairs at the pool I keep my phone with me and turn it on a message comes through ‘What did I say that was wrong l’amour?’ ‘it doesn’t matter, I’m just going to have a switch off day…’ I turn my phone onto do not disturb while I put some music on to listen too as we lay here “You know when are you and Ragnor going to hook up I can see what’s between you two its been an on going thing since like the first time you two ever met” she laughs “Yes it has been… cause we are mates but doesn’t mean I’m going to jump his bones… just because we are meant to be doesn’t mean I or we have to you know comply..” I nod “Well I hope you two come to your senses soon cause the s****l tension between the two of you is suffocating” I laugh as she swats at me “In his dreams” “In yours too” I laugh again I can hear the guys coming back they all jump into the pool laughing and mucking around, Ragnor swims over to me “You ok… what is that on your arms?” he asked getting up out of the water I noticed how Tanya stiffened she couldn’t resist behind her glasses she was watching him “It’s nothin—“I’m cut off “That’s not nothing Erica” he turns and looks at Dimitri “Did you do that to her??” he growls, I get up and stand behind Ragnro “I promise you its nothing I couldn’t handle don’t worry about it” I looks between me and Dimitri he put his hands up “Sorry man I didn’t mean too… I apologized for it..” he raises a brow “Don’t ever do it again ok maaan” Dimitri nods and looks at me before looking away quickly, I then push Ragnor in who grabs me as he falls in. I scream as I land in the water on top of Ragnor I come to the surface laughing “Asshole” he gets back out and places his hand on Tanya’s thigh behind her back scooping her up quickly their eyes never leaving one another as he jumps into the water, even with the tension in the air between me and Dimitri once Rei joined us everything seemed almost normal…
