I stared at the man, who was like a second father to me, shocked to see him here. My mind swirls at the possible thoughts of what he might be doing here and how he was connected to Sin for him to be invited to the house. And, more importantly, was he aware of the kind of business that Sin runs? I continue to stare at him, taking in the series of emotions on his face, from shock to disbelief to fear and worry. But just as quickly as it came, his face went blank and void, looking nothing like the man I knew. "Sorry I’m late; the traffic was hectic."
