MIA Phoenix has been acting strangely recently. It's almost as if he's been deliberately avoiding me, but I couldn’t care less about his attitude. I've worked too hard and come too far to be treated like this. We are going to get married, whether he likes it or not. Determined and confident, I walked out of the elevator and into my father’s office, ignoring the secretary entirely. As I pushed open the door, I saw Logan, who appeared to be in deep conversation with my father, stop and turn to look at me. “What are you doing here?” Logan asked, a hint of irritation in his voice. “Am I not allowed in here?” I shot back, hissing at him as I settled into the chair right next to his. “Besides, last I checked, this isn’t your office, and this building most certainly does not belong to you.”
