The walk has been silent. All that is heard, is footsteps and the animals. They walk into a small part of the woods that looks to be used for picnics. It looks like it hasn't been used in years. Leaves everywhere, tables are rusted and dirty, etc. Lydia stops in the middle of the circle of tables and looks around.
"We should stay here for the night. It's gonna be dark soon and we need a place to stay. It's gonna be kinda cold but it's better than nothing." Everyone looks around and nods. As time passes, Garland, Arden, Link and Syla all sit on one of the benches and talk while Lydia is on a bench alone trying to bandage her cheek. Link looks over to see Lydia alone. He gets up and walks over to Lydia. He squats in front of her.
"Let me help." He reaches up slowly and grabs the bandages carefully. Lydia slowly puts her hands down. Link goes and starts putting the bandage on Lydias face. One done he puts his hands on his knees.
"Thanks." Lydia says and looks down at Link. Link looks over and they meet eyes. They both smirk.
"Your welcome." He stands up and sits next to Lydia.
"I'm going to take a walk. Wanna come?" Link nods.
"Sure." Lydia nods. They both get up and start walking along a path. It's silent for a while.
"I'm sorry" Link turns to look at Lydia. They stop and turns to face each other.
"For what?"
"I shouldn't have gotten you into this." Link sighs.
"Don't be sorry. I got myself into it. Plus, I'd rather be helping save the world than sitting in the library studying." They both giggle.
"Thank you. For being there when I need you."
"I will always be there for you. no matter wh-" All of a sudden Link it cut of. Lydias hands are on Links jaws and Lydias lips on his. After a second Lydia pulls her face back and they stare at each other for a minute.
"I, I'm sorry" They continue to stare into each other's eyes.
"No, no dont be..." Lydia slowly takes her hands off of Links jaws. "Ive had feelings for you for a while now so that kinda threw me off guard."
"So does this mean-"
"Lydia, would you like to be my girlfriend?" Lydia smirks.
"Yeah, Yeah I would." Link smirks.
"Okays then."
"Okay." They both giggle. "We should head back, its getting dark."
"Yeah." Lydia and Link turn around and walk back to the picnic spot. Once they make it back everyone is asleep on the benches. Lydia goes and lays on one of the seat. Link lays on the other side of the table.
Finally its morning. The sun rises and Lydia is the first to wake up. She goes and takes a walk. After a few minutes pass, Link and Arden wake up. Arden moves over to the table with Link. They sit across from each other and start talking. A few minutes later, somethings in the distance.
"Do you hear that?" Arden asks. Link looks over to the path way.
"Yeah. It sounds like metal clinking together."
"Yeah." Both Arden and Link get up slowly and move closer to the path way. As soon as they hit the entrance to the path way, Lydia comes around the corner. But she's looking the other way. Link and Arden see her back. It looks like she's struggling with something.
"Lydia?" Link says confused. Lydia steps back and they can see that her sword is drawn. But they see another sword pushing against hers. She looks over to Link and Arden for a second then immediately looks back. She steps back one more time and a man is shown.
"What's going on?!" Arden burst out.
"To be honest with you," Lydias breathing gets heavier as she talks. "I'm not even sure!"
"You know exactly what's going on!! Don't play with me kid!!" The random man blurts out.
"Sir, I really dont know! Please explain to me why you came at me with a sword!" The man brings his sword down. Lydias sword quickly goes to her side in relief.
"You really dont know do you?! You all are wanted. You and all of them!" Lydia looks confused.
"Wanted?"
"Yeah. Everyone got notified that there are kids running around that have been killing the monarchy." Lydias confusion turns into shock. "So, if I turn you in, I get a reward. So its either save a bunch of kids or get a million dollars. Hmm. Let me think. I want the money." The man swing his sword. Before Lydia could even bring up her sword the tip of the mans sword is at Lydias chest. He stopped it right before puncturing the skin. "Your lucky they need you alive." Lydias eyes widen. She looks down at the sword.
"Please, dont do this."
"I'm sorry." The man says sarcastically. Lydias face stays innocent as she quickly grabs the blade of the sword. It's cuts into her skin. A little bit of blood falls to the floor. Lydia turns the blade so that its away from her chest and the mans arm twists with it making him let go. She throws the sword to the side and quickly puts her sword out to the mans chest not touching him.
"Now go home and keep this little meeting to yourself." The man nods aggressively and runs away. Lydia lets down her sword with relief and sighs. She drops her sword and brings her cut hand up to look at the wound. Link and Arden quickly run over. Link runs in front of her and puts his hands on her shoulders.
"Are you okay?!" Lydia looks to Link. Link looks extremely worried. Lydia then looks over to Arden. He also looks worried. She looks back over to her hand. Link looks down at her hand.
"Yeah, I'm okay. Well other than that." Link grabs Lydias wrist trying not to touch the wound.
"Lets get this wrapped up." Lydia nods. They walk over to the bench. Lydia and Link sit on the table seat facing each other. Arden stands over watching Link wrap Lydias hand. Link grabs the gauze and starts wrapping it around the wound. He cuts the gauze and tapes it. He lets go of Lydias wrist.
"Thank you." Link nods.
"So, were wanted." Arden says. Lydia sighs.
"I guess so." Garland and Syla sit up and look over to Lydia, Link, and Arden.
"How did you just wake up?!" Arden says confused." Lydia and Link start laughing.
"What did we miss?" Garland and Syla say in sync. Arden starts laughing as well.
