" Prosecutor Kim, it was blood on the shard of glass..." Taehyung and Hoseok's eyes lit up in anticipation, "but it is not Min Gi Hyuk's blood. It is from a person named Im Hyung Sik"
Taehyung's jaw dropped, he looks at his secretary and immediately gives him orders as he took the specimen and gave it to Hoseok.
"Mr. Hoseok, I want you to research on Im Hyung Sik. I want his location, background and occupation. We are going to give them exculpatory evidences"
"Exculpatory evidences? You mean, you believe that Min Yoongi is not the murderer?"
Hoseok's eyes wide in shock as he halted in his tracks.
"Min Yoongi is innocent and we are going to prove it. Be sure to contact those witnesses that claimed the accusations against Min Yoongi"
Taehyung dismisses him as he left hurriedly to investigate further the cases of Cak Tiong and Oh Da Hee.
He knows something is up with the Jeon Group.

HEEL DEPARTMENT STORE
Case: Death of CEO
Victim: Oh Da Hee, 67 y/o
Suspect: Unknown
Crime Scene: Hotel room in Seoul
Taehyung climbs out of his car, his aura, itself intimidating all the passers-by that saw him heading towards the hotel that was recently the "talk-of-the-town". As soon as the prosecutor came through the doors of the hotel, the receptionists and security guards' attention were captured by him.
Taehyung walked up to the female receptionist, who was eyeing the attractive prosecutor shamelessly, but was humiliatingly ignored as Taehyung just shows his badge and ID.
"I am Prosecutor Kim Taehyung. I am here to see the cctv recordings of Mr. Oh Da Hee"
"Ah, yes, sir. Please wait for a moment, I will call our manager"
The female receptionist disappears into an office attached to the back of the reception area, then after a few minutes returns with a male in a suit.
"Please, come this way, Prosecutor Kim"
Taehyung was led into a security room, with at least 60 monitors inside the large room. The manager tells one of the security watchers to show the last footage of Oh Da Hee in the hotel. It shows a man in his robe, talking on the phone, lying on the bed at 10:45pm. The first few minutes of watching nothing seemed suspicious, Taehyung tilts his head as suddenly the man in the footage drops his phone from his hands.
"He's dead?"
Taehyung asks his brows furrowed in confusion.
"I believe so, sir. But we don't know what happened"
Taehyung writes down notes and asked them to repeat the footage once again.
A man in his robe, talking on the phone, lying on the bed at 10:45pm. He watches everything closely once again. Taehyung gasps..
"Please rewind it for me, one more time.." They oblige.
"There, watch the time"
Taehyung points at the time on top of the screen, it reads 10:45pm. The manager and the security looks at the time, from 10:45pm to 11:10pm then it suddenly cuts to 11:30pm. The manager and the security almost did a double-take as they rewinded and played it again and again.
"This has been tampered with"
Taehyung states, his voice venomous as he looks around the 9 other security men watching the CCTVs of the hotel in the room with them. The security men in the room, along with the manager looks at prosecutor, anxiously. All of them could feel the heat coming from the vicious prosecutor.
"I need a copy of this footage, please"
"Yes, sir. Right away"

After finishing his investigation at Oh Da Hee's hotel, he drived to a mobile tracking firm. When Oh Da Hee was murdered he was on a phone call, he brought Oh Da Hee's phone to the mobile tracking firm. He stood behind the counter as he waited for his friend, who was looking back at Oh Da Hee's contact logs on the day of the murder.
"So all the phone calls that happened that night between 10:45pm to 11:30pm?"
"Yes"
Taehyung responds as he watched his friend, handle the phone carefully with gloves as he connects it to a computer.
"What case are you working on this time?"
"At least 4 cases, man. It's very frustrating"
Taehyung sighs as his friend just laughs in return as he continues to scroll along the call logs of the phone number.
"What is?"
"Everything. Everything that's happening"
"Give yourself a break, man. Try to— Oh, found something!"
Taehyung scurries beside his friend. It was a phone call that started at 10:45pm and ended at 11:17pm.
11:17pm?
The footage back in the hotel showed 10:45pm til 11:10pm then was directly skipped to 11:30pm. Basically, this person heard everything that happened to Oh Da Hee in the first 7 minutes of the incident.
"Please give me this person's full name and address. Thank you for this"
Taehyung bows to his friend as his pain swirled with mixed emotions as he felt that this is going to be a really long day for him.

TCT AIRLINES FIRM
Case: Death of CEO
Victim: Tan Cak Tiong, 75 y/o
Suspect: Unknown
Crime Scene: Parking lot of owned firm
"These are the only cctvs in this area that recorded Mr. Tan's murder"
The personnel assists Taehyung as he lets the prosecutor watch the footage. The camera was fairly clear, very high definition, which is good because then they can easily identify anything that is in the footage. Taehyung watches the footages sharply, he saw how Mr. Tan Cak Tiong was sitting in his vehicle in the almost empty parking lot of his building at 12:29am.
He re-watched it several times, although the cctvs presented very high-quality clips he still was not able to recognize the culprit of the scene. The culprit wore all black with a mask to fully cover almost his entire face. He tried zooming in but none worked.
The man's entire upperbody reflected on Mr. Tan's tinted windows, although it is very clear, the face still cannot be recognized, Taehyung was frustrated. He pauses then zooms into the reflection of the culprit and something catches Taehyung's sharp vision.
A tattoo.
The culprit's right hand passed the window, Taehyung zooms further in the excellent footages still mainting its high resolution. A tattoo on the right hand's, pinky finger's side.
"Oh my god, is that a tattoo?"
The personnel leaned into the screen further, amazed by the prosecutor's sharp eyes. Taehyung glares at the screen.
"Please print that for me and I'm going to have to ask for this footage's copy"

Taehyung drove back to his office, energy still running through his body even though what he did was all very draining. The prosecutor's drive to find out the truth is what fuels him to keep working.
"I found a lot of things today. They are currently under observation"
"Well, I found a whole lot of information regarding Im Hyung Sik.."
Taehyung's eyes narrowed as soon as he heard the name.
"He is 48 years old, served in the army for years, was once a member of the most elite sniper team of the army 1988 and..." Hoseok gulps.
"He is from Jeon Group"
A knock came through the door and Hoseok opened it, disrupting them both.
"Prosecutor Kim, here are the things you asked for. The photo of that tattoo, this is the clearest we can do, we also contacted the person on the phone call with Oh Da Hee, we called him to be interrogated by you later and they agreed"
"Thank you"
Taehyung bids as Hoseok gathers the evidences. He brings it to Taehyung's table, the prosecutor grabs the image.
It is a tattoo.
"A capricorn head? It's a capricorn's head, right?"
Hoseok asks as he looks closely as Taehyung only stared at the photo. He breathes as he massaged his temples.
No. It can't be.
He knows he has to do this, it was his duty.
"I have a plan..."
