Caden looked first toward the door and then to Gary. He said, “Yes you can.”
“Can what?” Danny asked. “I took the tea cart and brought in coffee and pie. Can I serve, Sir?”
“You may. After you finish, come here and sit between my legs to eat your pie and drink your tea. Caden and I want to talk to you.” Danny cut three pieces of pie, served them and poured the coffee
“Okay.” Why were these two closeted together for over an hour? All I can do is serve the pie and wait and see.
