Chapter 15That night Danny went to bed early. He wanted to be up early for ADT and the dog trainer. Brian was coming over with Junior and Pesto so Pesto could get trained along with Widget. Both Caden and Gary wanted to know how Brian came up with that name. “It was Bear,” Danny said. “He wanted to call him Pest, Brian added the “o” so the dog wouldn’t get offended.”
Caden closed the door after Danny left. “I’m going to like that man.”
“You’ll meet him tomorrow night at the club and his boy, Brian, tomorrow. Brian travels with a chauffeur/bodyguard named Junior. Brian has his own car but Bear never lets him use it. When anyone asks, Brian shrugs and says, ‘Papa Bear worries.’ The only other person Brian can ride with is Jim but Jim, like you, is former Special Forces.”
