It had been a few days since Danica was discharged from the hospital. She was still getting used to the crutches, she found it to be a struggle to get around with the crutches. Monday morning had rolled around too fast for her liking. She sat on the edge of her sofa fully dressed with the help of Madison. "Thanks," Danica said as she took her painkillers and water from Madison, without hesitation Danica took her medicine and got up with the support of Madison and her crutches. The ride to the school was short, much to her dismay Chris had dropped her and Avery off and it was back to school for her.
