When we left the cafeteria it was already in the evening,we entered the elevator and went straight to our room
“i'm very sleepy I will go straight to my room now”Max said
Then he entered his room,and we entered ours
“Flora about the stuff you told us today,are you sure you don't know any other thing” I asked
“I don't really know much and I can't quite remember all what grandma said”she said
“why don't you tell me everything you remember from the start,just in case you remember a new thing” I said
“okay,there is a legend about a special vampire,and there is only one for at least 300years and after the venom king dies a new one is reborn but nobody knows who would be granted as the next venom king,until they grow and master their powers and defeat all monsters disturbing the monster world,but in the legend says the last one was corrupted by Vlademel the notorious monster who could control all snakes, Vlademel made the venom king his slave he took all the his powers and used it to kill and destroy lives,ever since then the monster world hasn't been at peace,there are rules and everyone is used to it as long as you stay off limit. Vlademel rules the monster world till now,” she said
Then we heard a voice whispering
“Did you hear that”i ask
“yes,it coming from outside” she said
“we looked through the window,which we saw the forbidden forest,the voice is coming from the forest”i said
“i can see something glowing,it's like a wing”i said
“i can't see it”flora said
“Really you can't,but I can it's at the edge of the forest,we could quickly go in the forest and get the wings and get out”i said
“Are you crazy,that's absurd it's a forbidden forest ,we don't know what likes are in there”
“its better if we get the wings this night very fast”i said
"But ....we just got to school, arent we meant to keep things on the low"
I finally convinced flora and we went down stairs sneaking out so no one will see us
“So what's the plan Tania”she asked
“You stand guard,I'll tie this rope around my waist and go inside the forest and take the wings and when I get the wings I'll walk out but just in case I can't come out you pull the rope okay?” I said
“okay,are you sure you want to do this everywhere is dark and what if i can't pull the rope?”she said
“just do as I said”
I tied the rope around my waist very tight,I walked into the forest and saw the wings,I quickly grabbed it and heard a growl
“There is an animal in the forest not just one,”i said as I quickly ran out and flora helped in pulling me out, the monster came out and made a deep scratch into my skin with it's claws
Everything happened so fast....
“Tania you are bleeding” flora said worriedly
“Just forget about me and take the wings”i said grunting from the pain
"Take the wings where?,we shouldn't worry about the wings,you're seriously bleeding” flora said
She helped me get back to my room, then she knocked at Max door
“Max we need your help”flora said
Max came into our room
“What happened,why is Tania bleeding”
“she went into the dark forest and got scratched by monster”
Max knelt on the floor,and checked the affected area
“it seems like the monster poisoned you while scratching you,we need to take you to a health care”Max said
“flora do you know any healing spell”i asked her
“yes,my granny thought me one,but I'm not good at it” she says
“jusy try reciting it ”i said crying
“Othdei Etrim Sucrasia” she said but the pain got worse,i kept groaning in pain
“it looks like we need a powerful spell”Max said
Then I realized I have to do it myself
“I'll do it myself...Othdei Etrim Sucrasia”
The wound closed up and the pain disappeared,I was surprised I thought it will take time to heal,but I'm perfectly fine now,
“im perfectly fine now”i said moving my leg
“Now!,will someone explain why on Earth you went to the forest we were specifically told not to go into”Max said
“Calm down Max I saw the wings in the forest I really needed to get it” I said
“what do you need the wings for?”Max said
“I dont you understand,it was calling unto to me,ams there is only one fairy in the monster world who has no wings”i said
Flora looked at me
“Dont you get,it's Miss Esmeralda wings”i said
“You almost died,what if you never got out of the forest?,what if you died,why are you so brave”Max said angrily
“I'm sorry,I really am sorry” I said looking at him
“why didn't you even tell me”he said
“ahem!,you guys aren't fighting right?”flora said
“i have to give this wings to Ms Esmeralda right now” I said
“But it's late,we can give it to her tomorrow“max said
”No it must be now,since it's better at night,than in the daytime we could be caught“i said
”Okay we would all go together,“Max said
We all walked to the guidance counselor office
And we knocked
”its open you may enter“ Ms Es said
As we entered her office, Miss Esmeralda eyes widen,she asked”where did you find that“she said
”ehmm..I kinda entered the forest to get it“ I said
”Why would you do that,what if you got hurt,that forest is really dangerous,forget that how did you find my wings,I've searched but I never...“she said
”i know it was...ehmm“i said while she interrupts me
”Nevermind,hope you weren't injured,like you are the first to enter the forbidden forest and come out alive,those who goes in dies or never come out“she said
”yea,I saw a very big monster though I didn't see it's face ,I'm really okay“i said
”well I thank you,for bringing me my wings back,“ Ms Esmeralda says hugging me
”Ma,how r u going to fix your wings back“flora asked
”ohh,since it's my wings I just need someone to attach it but must be a very strong monster“she said
Flora walked to Ms Esmeralda with her wings,she tried to attach the wing but instead she felt a repulsion which threw flora back making her hit her head on the chair
”ohh no!, are you okay,flora can you see me“i asked
”flora are you better,you should be careful,like I said only a powerful bring can help reattach my wings “ Ms Esmeralda said
”im fine though I hit my head a little bit,but I'm actually fine“flora managed to say
”i will do it,I'll attach your wings for you“i said
”No you can't,it's dangerous“Esmeralda said
I refused her and picked up the wings,and went to Ms Esmeralda back and attached the wings and it attached easily
”what!!!,how did you do that“Ms Es says in shock
And I smiled
”i feel like you three are hiding something“ she said
then I realized Max has been here the whole time standing just watching
”Only a very powerful monster can attach a broken wing,how did you do that Tritania“ she said with curious eyes
I looked at her and said ”curiosity kills“ smiling at her
”I'm very glad you found this,“ Ms Es said
”I'm glad you are happy,your wings are beautiful“ I said
”well I think I owe you guys a favor,I'll always be of help to you if you need me“she said
”Im very curious,and I really want to know,how did you lose your wings“Max asked
Esmeralda sat on the chair staring at us before she told us
”Before I became a guidance counselor, there was a student of mine that wanted to enter the forest,she was so cheerful and curious but I had to stop her,then I didn't realize I was standing too close to the forest,I kept explaining to the girl that she mustn't go into the forest ever again,all of a sudden I felt something snapped my wings off,it was painful I was bleeding profusely,I was taken to the school clinic and it took me one month and a couple of days to get better,I searched around the entrance the Forest, sometimes I stare into the forest maybe I'll be able to see it but since 2years ago until now i have been wingless,I'm so happy you kids really found it“she says crying happily
She hugged us and told us never to go into the forest next time,saying we were lucky nobody got hurt
We left her,as we headed to our rooms,Max still seems angry
”What is it Max“flora asked
”Promise me you would never go anywhere forbidden without me“Max says facing me
”We promise“flora and I both said
”Are you happy now,“I said
”Yes,I'm happy you're fine,I'm happy Ms Esmeralda got her wings,“Max says hugging me then he kissed me forehead
Wait,did he just kiss my forehead,I guess he was really worried for him to do that,we've been friends for more than 10years and he never kissed me forehead,not even my hands
”Hey what're you thinking of Tania“ Flora said
”i...ehmm feel like“i said
”you feel like what“Flora said
”i feel like sleeping,I'm tired and sleepy " I managed to say ”
Ohh,I'll let you guys sleep,I'm also sleepy“Max said while walking back to his room, Flora and I walked into our room,I didn't even have energy to shower I just fell on my bed and slept off
