Prologue "I won again!" I screamed with full might as I gathered the casino coins into my arms and bringing them upfront, below my beautiful chin. The man opposing my position flinched and displayed a disgusted face as I enjoy my labor. "You cheater!"  I stood up and placed my right hand in my waist and strike a pose. "You dare accuse the great Elijah Mijares?" I asked while maintaining my pose. Everyone whispered and watched as we battle through our eyes. "Any comments?" I added and stared at him, left hand on the air as if I'm asking him to hand me something. The audience he created stared at him, eyes and ears are all on him so the man groaned and walked out. "You see ladies, a great man like me doesn't lose." I smirked at the lady standing beside me, wearing a flaring red dress with a slit on, revealing her white and flawless thigh.  Food! She chuckled and hid her lips using her left hand, she's also wearing red gloves that matched her whole outfit tonight. A real steal if I scored tonight, I'd be clapping all night if it happens! "Oh you sure are great Mr. Mijares." She blinked so many times that the glitters of her eyelash extension fell into her face, ah flirt, I see. I brought her face to look into me upon holding her chin with only my thumb and index finger. "I guess you're enjoying Mr. Mijares?"  I groaned, I almost kissed this fine lady! "Of course I am! Can't you see I'm busy?" I asked as I turn my head to the man's direction. My face shrunk when I saw his face, he's wearing a white suit and he's accompanied by two of his man. "Nice to see you, Mr.Nakamura!" I almost choked with my own saliva! What is he doing here?! He looked me dead in the eyes and only sighed once. Everyone near me scattered as if I have a contagious disease, even the lady beside me disappeared never to be seen again. "I think you have something I own." He said, still looking at me and his arms are tucked on his pants' pockets. "What? I don't even know what it is!" I answered, slowly moving backwards while forcing a bright smile. "Don't joke around Mr. Mijares, your life might be a joke tonight." He said so I stood properly and swallowed the saliva on my mouth. "Mr. Nakamura, come on, I'm indebted by your greatness!" I even stretched my arms on the air as if I am praising his presence. "Get him boys." I flinched and suddenly I found  myself running away from this two buff guys that are chasing my small and frail body, at least I'm beautiful! I bumped to everyone, pushed and jumped on them. I need to get out here immediately! While I was running, I let my hands travel from my chest down to my torso and felt a hard stone in my left pocket. This is the thing that they want but certainly I'm not giving it up. This damn diamond will give me ten years of fortune! I scrammed everything that crosses my path. "Freeze!" a bullet almost hit my left foot so I stopped from running and thrown my hand in the air, above my head. I'm catching my breath as to why my body's moving up and down.  I slowly looked at my back and as I face them, I am held at gun point. My eyes almost crossed because of how near the gun is to my face. I gulped and looked at the man's eyes even though I can't see it because of his damn eyeglasses. Really?! eyeglasses in this hour?! Man, give me a break about this personal security guard stereotypes! "No more running for you, Mr. Mijares."   Mr. Nakamura walked in the middle of the crowd who just separated as if they're waves of the dead sea and the man walking in the middle is Moises himself. "Hand it over." He moved his hand out of his left pocket and positioned it on my chest. I looked down in to it before staring back in to the man standing in front of me. I'm still held at gunpoint, it's just that the man is now standing on my left. "I'm telling you! I don't know what you're talking about!" my defense as if it will please his ears. His hand disappeared on my chest then suddenly both of his hands are out and pointed another gun into my face. This is bad, really bad! The hell are these people doing? has anyone of them considered calling the police?  Damn, they're all stone headed! "Hand over the diamond." He said while slowly nodding his head as if he's intimidating me. I gulped once again ang spread my sight, these people are so dead when I'm out here! "I don't have it!" I refuse to just give it, this cost me a lot of energy to stole from their hide out! "Search him." He instructed the other guy beside him. Before he even reached my suit, a huge diamond stone fell on the marbled floor of this majestic casino. "Oops." I wiggled too much, I was trying to hide it further on my body but I messed up! The man standing in front of me laughed hysterically while I am here sweating my pants off! He grabbed the diamond on the floor and while holding a gun, he cleaned the dust off of the stone using his wrist. "I don't know, huh." He then pointed the gun on my forehead. "Please, Mr. Nakamura, don't kill your best gambler." I blinked as if I'm trying to be cute. That's what I'm really trying to do! "Oh, I have more than a dozen, I am a gambler myself so I know what threat you possess." He said that I almost peed on myself. "This is the third time already, you fancy this stone too much that it'll cost your life." I saw a glimpse of death on his eyes that made me shiver. The screams of people around echoed all over the room due to the sudden black out.  I was about to run but I felt a hot thing inside my forehead, before I knew I fell into the floor bathing with my own blood. Damn, I didn't even had the chance to hoke up with that woman a while back and now I am kissing death! Oh poor Elijah Mijares! I guess this is my last glimpse of this pitch black room that used to be bright and colorful, goodbye life, goodbye everyone! I slowly fell into a big pitch black hole and drifted away.
