“Hah, hah...” In a small alleyway, hidden by the surrounding buildings in the neighbourhood. A young boy wearing a well-known highschool school uniform in the city is running frantically without a sense of direction. The young boy is Donovan Kalom, a first year highschool student. As he was running through the alleyway, he thought to himself, I need to hide from them. As he was running through the alleyway, he noticed some cardboard boxes stacked on top of each other. Then, he decides to hide himself behind the cardboard boxes also to calm himself down before sitting down and take some rest on the wet, dirty floor of the alleyway. “I need to find some help", he muttered quietly to himself. As he was resting, he pulled out his smartphone and a dual-purpose flash drive covered with blood. As he takes a look at the flash drive, he thought to himself in his heart, how did things end up like this. “Hah... I think I lost them", he muttered. After calming himself down, he starts using all his strength left to examine his situation and create a plan to escape. He decides to use his smartphone to call the police for help. However, his finger stop moving before pressing the dial button on his smartphone as he remembers his dying best-friend last warning. “You said we can't trust the police and the government, right Jack". As he was trying to form up a new plan, mother luck decide to leave him. Suddenly, a black coloured car stopped in front of the only entrance and exit of the small alleyway. Then, two large men exited the car while one of them whom have many tattoos on his shoulder was holding an assault riffle or more precisely an AK-47. As Donovan decides to continue to hide behind the boxes, the two men start searching and walking towards his hiding spot while talking leisurely. “Oi, are ya sure this is the right place and this place sure stinks. ” “The boss said the signal last location was here, so quit yapping yer mouth and start looking or the boss will pump our head with lead. " “Yeah, yeah, shesh, why do we always do the hard work and looking for a brat , while the others are drinking cans of beers in the pub right now." “Oi... Shut yer mouth for a bit and do me solid and look behind those boxes wouldn't yer lazy bones, some of the boxes over there just fall down I think... " “Heh... I think he's hiding there just like a chicken. HEY!, ya little brat come out now cuz we know ya hiding there! " “Hey kid, just get yer ass outta there already, we know yer there. So just give up and help make things more easy for all of us. " Oh, no!, Donovan sream to himself as he realize that he made a stupid mistake as he tries to hide futher behind the boxes but causing some of the boxes to fall down. As he realize his remaining options are whether to surrender his fate to the or try to fight them back, he chosen the latter although it was a suicidal mission. So he decided to apologise to his family in his heart, mom and dad, I'm really sorry but I think I'm gonna come back for dinner tonight. As he steel his mind and heart, Donovan stand up from his hiding spot and face the two me face on. However, the two men only saw Donovan's decision as an act of desperation and brush it off by throwing insult and laughter at Donovan. “Now, look what we have here, a wanna-be hero, haha! " “Hey, kid how bout yer beg us for yer life to be spare." “... " “What, are ya too scare even to talk, talk about a let down." “Hey, he's just a kid, how bout-" “Ahhhhhh!!!" As the two men come closer to Donovan, he decides to attack the man whose holding the assault riffle, while ignoring both of their insults. “Gah!" “What the heck!" “Die!" As Donovan knocks down the man holding the weapon down he decides to take that weapon and use to kill the two men. “Hey! , pull him, augh, off me!" “Just shoot him already! " “No way I'm let you go!!!" As Donovan and one of the men struggle to get control of the weapon, the other men suddenly kicks Donovan in the stomach and his head with his boots before kicking Donovan again in the stomach causing Donovan almost to loss consciousness. “Gaahhhh!!! " “Hah... What take ya so long to help me! " “Shut yer yaps and shoot the kid already! " “Pl-please... anybody help m-me..." “Thanks for nothing brat, I think ya better when ya dead. " “Just shoot him already yer i***t!" “... " As Donovan closes his eyes while remembering his precious memories before meeting his death. BANG! BANG! Two gunshots rang into the alleyway. However, no pain was felt by him, then Donovan realise that he was still alive and opened his eyes before looking at the two men wandering why is he still alive. What he saw was both of the men have collapsed onto the ground with blood bleeding out of holes in their foreheads. Then, he also saw a young long black-hair girl, she was wearing a silver coloured jacket and was holding a gun. However, Donovan hadn't noticed all that because he was petrified by her icy glare. Then she aim her gun directly at his forehead. Like a deer caught in the headlights, Donovan is unable to do anything but feel surprised by the situation. “Who are you, and why do you have our package... and where is agent Red? " the mysterious girl ask. “..." As Donovan was trying to answer her question, suddenly his body felt heavy and his consciousness blank out on him because of the pain he suffered. “Hah...sigh...just extra work for me to do... ",muttered the young girl. A fateful meeting between a young boy and a young girl that will influence each other and change each others lives whether to the better or the worse.
