“Anna book my flight to Paris for the conference, remember not to buy my ticket with my name, am staying for two weeks take care of everything while am away” Emily said while using her private elevator out of her company handing all the files to her assistant Anna, “yes miss Emily” she went into the elevator with her boss “and ma your parents called today, they said to clear your schedules you have a date with James lui today by 5:30, that’s an hour from now” she said, “cancel the date I have an appointment” Anna handed her the car keys “ Anna if my mum every calls for stuffs like this tell her am busy,enjoy you weekend you are the boss” she blew Anna kisses as she drove out of the building, Anna couldn’t hold her laughter as she waved at her. This was how Emily has always been very carefree , she treated Anna more like a friend than an assistant, at the company Anna was the eye and mouth of Emily, she couldn’t forget when she first met Emily and was taken to an ice cream shop for the interview, she couldn’t believe that the infamous CEO of EMY fashion house was this simple like every other person and also very young and pretty, it was a privilege she who always say, after standing for a while she left back to the office. ——————————————————————— After Emily left the office she called her friend Steph “hi sunshine, are you ready we leaving for Paris” she scream and was giggling “am coming to your place to pick you up, don’t keep me waiting, bye I love you” the call ended as she sang all the way to Steph’s place. The door bell rang and Steph opened the door happily “what Jane you been doing Steph let’s go” Emily screamed “I’ve been thinking of how to get you a boyfriend in Paris you are gradually turning to a nun” Steph said while dragging her stuffs out and smiling, Emily giggled as she helped her put her thing inside the car “I have you I don’t need a man or you’ve stopped loving me?” While looking at Steph like a child who was denied breast milk “hahahaha, I’ve told you not to make this face at me am straight get a man and give him that face but till we both get a man I love you” Steph replied while still laughing hard, they drove off to the airport and flew to Paris in no time they where at the hotel after getting the keys to there room, they freshened up slept for the day. The next day Emily prepared for the conference while Steph was still sleeping, at the exclusive elevator of the conference arena she bumped into a man she tripped and fell with her ass slamming on the floor “ouch, am sorry” she said “it’s fine” he said while exited, his voice was so calm that she raised her head up to look at his face but was graced by his well built back, grey hair and hand tattoos she was completely lost “excuse me miss are you okay, do you need help” said someone who noticed her stirring blankly at the hallway “am ok thank you” she stood up and entered the conference hall, there out the meeting she was completely lost who was he ? This is so unlike her she kept thinking at last the conference came to an end she packed her stuffs and left so lost in let thoughts finally going back to her hotel. “SURPRISE” Steph shouted “Happy birthday to the love of my life” , it was this day again she has totally forgot she had a birthday “you didn’t have to do something this big Steph the room is so beautiful” she said smiling “what would I have done with out you” she said while crying and hugging her best friend “anything for you baby just be happy” they clicked there glasses and enjoyed there day on shopping, skincare and makeover, they made sure it was memorable. ——————————————————————— “I want my dad” Mia kept screaming and throwing things “call my dad, I want my dad” she kept crying, the whole mansion was in chaos she was only six years older and could cause so much chaos, her nanny was so tired and frustrated this job isn’t so smooth if not how close she’s been with the family and has also been the young masters nanny she would have left this little girl to cry her eyes out, phone ringing “hello please can I talk to the young master” Mrs Mali said to the assistant “yes of course, Mr Bertram you have a call from the young miss mansion” he said passing the phone to Reagan “hello Mali , what’s miss problem today” he asked knows the reason for the call “young master she has been throwing tantrum about seeing you and want to go out with you tomorrow to the beach she’s here and want to inform you herself” she passed the phone to mia “ hello dad tomorrow at Le Touquet by 5pm , don’t keep me waiting” she hanged up the call “Mrs Mali I want to get my dad married, am going for a mom hunt” she smiled “am ready to eat now” she said still smiling, her nanny shakes her head “you would have called with out the tantrum, everyone was so afraid young miss” turning to one of the maids “go get her food” she ordered “if I didn’t throw a tantrum he won’t take me seriously since we came to Paris for business he has refused to come see me we only see at the plane how fair is that, if he doesn’t come I will ran away at the beach” she replied and started eating.
