Fear

“You are a f*cking crazy!” Hugo Russo threw the piece of paper at one of his men and he caressed his gun while staring at him with a dangerous stare. “You are the one to blame! Why did you kill the police? What have you done?” He asked him calmly and when the man didn't answer him, he pulled the trigger and put the gun into his head. “We don't kill innocent people, we kill those who are guilty and now you are guilty…” “Oh please don't kill–” Hugo pulled the trigger and fired a single round into the man's head. He has no conscience and no feelings at all. He rubbed his chin and turned around to give orders to his men. "Take his body, and you already know what you're going to do." Georgia, on the other hand, was about to walk through the door when she heard a huge sound and instinctively covered her ears, realizing it was a gunshot. Despite the fact that she is a cop, she has never experienced being undercover in this kind of family, and it is the most dangerous mission she has ever undertaken. Regardless of her fears, she attempted to confront guns and opponents, even if it meant jeopardizing her life. She inhaled deeply and is now hesitant to open the door because she has heard that the voice of the man she is currently hearing is dangerous, nerve-wracking, and causing her heart to race. She jump on her feet when a butler pulled her from the door and take her to another room, “What are you doing there? You are not supposed to enter that room! Idiota!” The butler said. Her jaw dropped and she scratched the back of her neck gently because she felt that her first day on the mission had failed. “What do you think you’re doing? You are new here, right?” “I’m sorry, what did I do?” “You are not supposed to go in, your life can end in just a second. It’s dangerous there.” The butler said and pointed to her from the stairs, “Your room is upstairs. Just remember what I told you.” She exhaled when she felt better, “Okay, thank you. So when can I see Mister Hugo?” "Don't be excited to see him," the butler smirks, "because if you see him, you're already facing the demon." He mentioned something that made her nervous. “Why are you saying that? I am here to work for him and I think he is not going to kill me.” “He doesn’t care about you at all and if you make mistakes. You are dead.” She frowned at the gay butler. She felt this butler would be her weapon to find out everything in Hugo's life. She is carrying her bag upstairs and notices that this grand mansion is stunning. She couldn't believe her feet had stepped inside the mansion of the Russian Family, one of the most powerful Italian Mafia families, and little did she know, Hugo Russo was more than just the Italian Mafia. After a day, she hadn't seen a single shadow of the Russo family or another family member. Maybe she should have just waited for them to address her by name and offered them a service she could do. "I'm his personal assistant, yet I've never seen him. What kind of job is this?" she sighed and perched on her bed's edge. Then she heard a tremendous noise inside the mansion, so she sneaked out of her chamber and noticed that there were no people left, the maids were gone, and only the left in this mansion are guards to secure the area. Maybe they don't want the maids to sleep in the mansion, or they have another location for them to sleep. She walked on tiptoe so she wouldn't be heard, and then she was curious enough to want to go inside that dark room. She thought she could acquire some evidence inside the room that they forbade me from entering. She screamed as she entered the door, which was luckily unlocked, and saw a bloodstain on the floor, recalling her buddy who had died only two weeks ago. Then she looked around; everything in this chamber was barren and dark, devoid of life; this room is created to slay those who make mistakes. She was astonished to see a man in a suit entered the room, but she kept her cool. "Who the hell are you?" asks the man standing a few inches away. She could only see his suit because it was dark, and his face remained dark and unclear. She is scared now. She had never been afraid before, but hearing his voice sound exactly like the one she heard at the pub one day ago, made her bite her lower lip. "Please accept my apologies; I was not supposed to be here." She continued, wiping her tears away. She decided to walk outside when the man grabbed her hand and stopped her from escaping. “Do you have any idea? I don't like people who invade my privacy,” he said. When the gentleman turned on the light, her eyes widened as she saw a man who appeared to be the son of the goddess; no one had ever seen Hugo Russo before, which is why she was curious to see his face and gathered proof to take him to jail with her. But her heart is throbbing to see him in person, his eyes are mesmerizing, his face is dangerous yet so handsome and he towered her, that's why she is gazing at him as if lifting her head to see him more. “Strip!” “What? What are you talking about?” “I said strip in front of me, I don't want an intruder in my house.” She wants to complain but she doesn't have any choice but to say no. If Hugo is a wise man, he might think that she is an intruder. Well, Hugo is right. She'll have to strip down in front of him to see if she's hiding a camera or a microphone under her clothes. Hugo grabbed his revolver from his pocket and said, "Fine." "Please don't shoot, I will do it now," she said, as her voice remained calm. Hugo believes this woman is not the normal woman he believes she is because the way she handles this kind of situation is calm and smooth. He tilted his head and smirked.
