I was nervous and excited for today because Missy would finally be officially taking her position as my Luna for the pack. My nerves are mainly because for that brief amount of time I was afraid her recent history with her former mate would scare her away from trusting the bond again. It was hard but I tried to be as patient as I could with her and move at the pace she set for us. I think my full acceptance and support of her along with helping her through discovering there are things about herself she never knew also helped her to warm up to me a bit more quickly and as she started to open up, my love for her only grew.
