Cara’s POV A knock sounded at the door, and Jason glanced at me from the kitchen. I was sitting in the living room, which meant that I was closer to the door. But, as I stood up, Jason shook his head and said not to go. He mouthed the words to me, causing me to frown and sit my ass back down.
