Cara’s POV Shivering so badly, I adjusted the jacket again and headed upstairs in the elevator. Oh, yeah. That was right. I had been standing there in the lobby of the building for as long as I could remember, not sure what to do. Fear they say could make an adult tremble and immobile as well, and well, they weren’t lying. I was just as immobile and as out of it as anyone who had just gone through something like this could be. “Just breath,” I told myself, clearly unable to breath properly. I was too pumped up to think of any other thing or even remember to breathe, so I started to calm myself down. It was hard, but it was essential. Sighing, I rubbed at my temple, the cold from the rain soaked clothes seeping into my bones, and I felt like I might cat h a cold if care wasn’t taken
